Horrendous experience. Feel bad for employees tere. They are all quitting; had appt at noon. Was not seen until after 1 pm. Just needed 5 mins for notary. Vicky Gao is WONDERFUL!!! She unfortunately was out that day. We had made appt with her but due to unforeseen circumstances she was out that day. Too bad no one told us that before we went. It would have been better to just go to a ups and pay a few dollars to get notary elsewhere. I had to bring 2 witnesses as well, so all4 of us wasted so much time. Always long line to see tellers also. I would avoid his branch if at all possible.

I went to four BofA locations and got turned away because I did not have an appointment… not a single banker was sitting with a client. I came to Rowland Heights and it was busy busy busy, but they didn’t turn me away. Joshua Brown helped me and he is so nice. He treats me with respect and treats me like a family member. He is very respectful and I recommend everyone to ask for Mr. Brown.

Joshua Brown made my overall experience an amazing one. He made it a human experience. I went in to do a wire transfer internationally. Because I had issues online. The bank then froze the wire bc potential fraud. Every other bank I went to they all said not my department or you must have an appointment… Joshua said that was unfortunate and helped me right aways. Joshua is the most humble and wonderful human being. Please if you have any bank need go see this wonderful young man. He explains everything so you’re not left in the dark. And he is not money driven. Thank you so much Joshua. BofA needs to give this man a raise!

I came in to the bank on 7/21/21. I was greeted at the front with a smile and was told to have a seat. Joshua greeted me and brought me to his desk and treated me very well. He was knowledgeable and extremely kind. I explained to him that I have a business account outside of BofA and wanted to set up a personal account here so my clients could Zelle me money. After everything was set up I explained that my clients sent 4 Zelle payments to my cell phone prior to opening the account. Joshua called the fraud team with me (instead of just telling me to call on my own). I was upset with what the fraud team said. They said I couldn’t place the fraud reporting because the person who got the Zelle money needs to do the report. That is so ridiculous! So asinine! But the fact that an employee treated me like a human being rather than a number, I just wanted to thank Joshua for trying so hard. I recommend anyone that comes here to ask for Joshua! He deserves a raise!

Bank of America is pushing customer away, they don’t want you and provides minimum services. Only 2 cashiers, waiting for 39 minuets in line. Don’t coming if you have other choices. Now, long line at 3 ATM machines and still no one at branch office care about this services.

First off let me say that I do not bank here. I was just here to deposit money into a relatives bank account. When I arrived there were only 7 people in lone that were in front of me. It took me 30+ minutes just to do what I needed and get out. In that amount of time I can drive to orange county. Only three tellers and they took forever just to do anything. I bank at Wells Fargo and I deposit money to to her banks and none of them are as slow as this bank. I have also been to other bank of America in the area and they are also understaffed and slow. For this branch though I do not understand why they have so many people at the desk just sitting around done nothing and three people just standing near the front greeting others. Lazy employees. One of them ask how my day was going and what I was here for. I told her it was great and asked her how her days was. She said ah were busy and I'm tired. Tired?!?!? She has been walking around doing nothing and your tired? I then told her maybe if you and your associates get behind the counter and help your tellers maybe you won't be so busy. She then said yeah we are helping. Glad I never banked with this boa. Other boas Ive been too are also as bad.

Joshua is the best banker I have ever encountered. He is warm hearted and always willing to help. He is so amazing and I encourage anyone that has a problem to see him

Yang is the MAN! I loved his knowledge and how much he cared for his customer. He did more than beyond to help me and guide with my bank and investment. We went over from my bank account issue to my retirement planning. He is a great listener and very trust worthy. I feel I can really open up to him and tell him about all my issues and what I really need. Also, I have to say that Rowland Heights BOA is very busy, and the wait time is really long. However I was super glad to waited for him and I think he should be the employee of the year for the that center!

I went to atm today to deposit 500 dollars but the receipt only showed that they paid 60 dollars and they completely ignored me. The just found a phone call and didn’t receive me at all. As a vip user my company business account is also opened here. It’s very hateful to still treat me like this Simon Fong refuses to see me afterwards and his attitude is very hateful. A hongkonger Kenny very bad attitude very rubbish l didn’t provide any help for the task l would never come back

Horrible service, never feel disappointed but this time! Letting you stand in front of the window for forever without any notices, and walk away from you!so don’t waste your time in this location! Also, whatever you have all documents needed, they don’t let you withdraw any from the account!
