Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, Lincoln Park

This Location will be closed soon temporary out of service ATM machine i got feeling will permanently be closed im taking my busses elsewhere other locations are too far for me sad

Bank tellers are rude and have an overinflated ego of themselves. They need to be given proper customer service classes and should think more about the customers [even those who are not their customers but have to transact with them]. I have been to numerous banks but whenever I am forced to deposit a check to someone with an account at Bank of America this branch is the closest but I would always be greeted by a frown or a grim face like the bank teller hasn't been paid her / his salary in months. What ever happened to SERVICE WITH A SMILE? People working here are just downright miserable.

Terrible customer service!! I walk in around 12:15 pm there were two female workers talking and when I asked to cash my check the employee asked if I had an account. A female worker in the back saw that I was there and that I had been there before to cash my check. She gave me an attitude her name was Danielle and was forcing me to open an account at that moment. Then she said I was not allowed to cash my check without an account there. After I do everything and cash the check she threw me the money. This is the first time I had a bad experience trying a different bank.

Had a great experience today at this branch. The manager of the branch and her employees were extremely nice and helped us even when the branch was closed until everything was done. Very nice people with wonderful attitudes.

Horrible customer service.. Rude! They are very unpleasant... The branch manager is also rude! I've been there about 3-4 on separate different occasions and not once I can honestly say my experience was pleasant...I will never visit that branch again..I suggest for someone in corporate headquarters read this..and take some kind of action..at least a call to the regional manager alerting this is happening...

I’m not sure what might have happened to the customers that left bad reviews. Maybe someone was having a bad day. I went there with my girlfriend on Christmas Eve, desperate to get a temporary debit card because mine was restricted. Someone was trying to make fraudulent charges against my account. And it being Xmas, this was the worst time for such a thing because I never carry significant amounts of cash on me and had no way to buy last minute gifts. The second I arrived, the bank manager came out of her office and introduced us to someone who could help. She was very personable and nice. And we were in and out of the bank with a temp debit card in 10-15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service i got there, and it is not even my usual branch since I was out of town for the holidays. Nothing but praise.

Left work early to do a quick account update. Was told that I needed an appointment because they had "other people" coming in for appointments....Only 2 people were working AND the branch was COMPLETELY empty. I was there well before closing and what I needed would have taken 10 minutes tops. What a joke. Never going back.

Not enough tellers at this location. Should at least have two at all times and maybe three at peak hours. They shorten their hours. I have to shut my motor off at the drive thru because it takes ten minutes before someone does my transactions. One time there was a client in front of me who waited ten minutes, so I got out of my car and hit the buzzer to let them know we were annoyed. My response given was they have only one teller!! Isn't the drive thru for account holders only and shouldn't they the same courtesy as those inside the bank? Saturdays are a nightmare. I took my phone out and started watching "I Zombie" while standing online(no drive thru on Saturdays). Almost got to watch the entire hour before they got to me. I make deposits for 26 different accounts and cannot do transactions online. I need to rely on the branches to have quick, reliable service.

I would like put zero 0 for this bank and manager was very rude. I think they need to change the manager of this bank. I can’t even get my money. They making big dial. Right after this bank I went to the other one and they solved my problem. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there. There are useless just waste of your time.

One teller mid-afternoon. Customer with huge transaction, longer than 10 minutes. Teller moving like there isn't 4 people waiting. Terrible. I left and so did 2 others.
