Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, Salinas

Horrible service, all banks closed in my area with no advance notice and no information to let customers know that all the banks are closed. No information about when they will reopen. I called customer service and they did not know why or until when they will be closed and to increase my daily ATM withdrawal limit which the operator did not even increase in the system, only to make me waste 45 precious minutes of my life. This was the last straw and as of today I am starting process to close my account with BOA, never again will I return to this bank. Credit unions definitely live up to customers expectations and offer more personal customer service, I will be moving my money where it really belongs.

Earlier this year, was my last visit at this branch. I had a bad customer service experience with a teller (ER) who was rude. I complained to one of the employees who claimed to be the manager and she practically ignored my complain. She said this bank never receives complaints and then she left me standing there. If you have other bank options in Salinas, avoid this branch.

Line to the door !! The worst branch I ever been too It’s a joke as all reviews says the line is crazy long , no sense of urgency , no business teller line And the manager is a joke I think Walmart manager has more customer service training Send your employees to union bank to learn what customer service is !! I hope they shutdown this branch and send those employees home They should be banned from customer service related jobs I’ll call and file a complaied which Bank of America HQ so disgusted by the service I received aghhhhhhh

The slowest bank of America in Salinas!! I was in line for about 40 minutes. And only 6 customer's in front of me so I left. You can see it in everyone's face they were upset to. It felt like waiting in the DMV.

Savings accounts are a joke you get charged more in fees than interest will ever accrue.

I have used this location many many times because it's also next door to Chase. Sometimes the lines are long (if I could I'd give 4.5 stars for this reason instead of 5). It is thousands of times better the BofA by Northridge Mall. There's never a parking problem especially with all the open spaces next door. All of the tellers are very nice, knowledgeable & efficient. Once I had to go to Customer Service to get some misinformation straightened out, given to me by another Customer Service person. Other than that I have no complaints about this branch.

Employees are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolute bare minimum customer service here. The lines are always ridiculously long. The clerks almost seemed annoyed that you're banking with them. I'm baffled how a place like this remains in business.

Went in today to deposit a check at 4:50 pm. The bank teller named, SILVIA, was VERY disrespectful. I asked her one question and she acted like I was bothering her. Whenever I tried speaking she would speak over me. I don’t know who her manager is but someone needs to reprimand her. You are not the only person in this world sweet heart.

Seriously feels like I'm at walmart.. 5 teller booths only 1 teller. Line is 25 deep and there's a lady walking around asking if we need help. No, you need help get more tellers.
