Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Woodlands Pkwy, The Woodlands

I been to this location several times and everyone is very nice, attentive and helpful. I always have a positive experience coming to this branch. The tellers are super friendly with great customer service. The hours are very limited but with online banking it's understandable. I do most of my transactions online anyways so it doesn't affect me.

They helped me a lot during the whole process of opening a business account. They are really nice and take the time to make everything clear and explains you a lot. Irma is the best and she always helps me in Spanish and English.

Came in right at closing and the regular retail banker was busy, but Ryan was more than happy to help me replace my debit card that had a broken chip for months. I asked him about affinity designs and he had no problem letting me pick out one even though they were closing. He even offered to call the credit card department and have them set me up with affinities for my two credit cards because they are about to expire. I told him that I could look them up and do that on my own because I didn't want to hold them up. Overall world class banking superstar. A+++ Highly recommended. I went to bank to see if they can help me in getting rid of my PMI on mortgage. I think the manager welcomed me at the entrance and I told her for what I am here about. She told me to meet a girl and said she would help me. Shockingly the girl who she directed me to didn't even know what PMI is. She just called the customer service and hand me the phone so I can speak to them. I had done that already few days back and it didn't work so I went to the branch. Very disappointing!

Lisa at Bank of America has always been there for me and my family! They really know and understand the level of customer service and making their services user friendly. The app, the lines, to discuss with a banker, teller, my experiences have been great… even with discrepancies. They have no problem helping me out, listening to my concerns and just on it! Tried to cash a check for several weeks now - Every time there is a long line due to only one teller working. Several 'supervisors' standing around doing very little. After most recent attempt to cash check I took my wife to her Bank - Wood Forest in Sterling ridge (Across the street) . Night and Day Difference - No teller line, clean building and friendly staff. The manager of Indian Springs BoA branch needs to get their act together or be replaced!

The Indian lady working as a teller is prejudiced. She is never warm and friendly towards me every time I come in for a cashier"s check. She has asked me severally to swipe my ID after every transaction, the other tellers never ask me to do the same, they are always happy after I swipe my Bank of America MasterCard. She is cold and lacks customer service skills.

I had an issue with an online transfer and Laura Brown helped me resolve it. Excellent customer service. I had no time to lose and they took care of me very quickly. I have been with bofa since I was 16 (28 now) and they will continue to be my bank of choice for experiences like the one I had here.

So slow..nothing is quick...also apparently they dont tsk2e cash for deposit..this bank is aweful if you are not a customer. The hours suck as well..put your money under a mattress before using this bank!
