Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Delaware Ave, Kenmore

Same experience as everyone else; most of the time the staff is great, but the one teller is extremely rude. She’s very condescending and treats me like I’m a small child. I figured it wasn’t a big deal, maybe that’s just how she treats young kids (I’m 21). Then I found out she treats my mother and father the same way when they go in there. I won’t post her name publicly because I don’t want to embarrass her. Next time I’ll just use the atm so I don’t have to deal with her.

Very rude older 40's female teller, wish i got her name.... I was the only one inline and waited for about a minute for her to finish gossiping about another bank member. I approach the counter when she was done and ask for a withdraw. She tells me to insert my card. as i do she exclaims "I hope you're not recording me with you phone!". I was confused. Apparently my flash was still on. So I apologized. It was her nasty tone and lack of decency that did it for me As the face of a company you need to try harder, or maybe you should go count pennies in the backroom.

Absolutely rude. Came in with a cashier check drawn on Bank of America and the cashier was notnot helpful. I thought cashiers checks were guaranteed, better than certified. I wasn't expecting the full amount but assistance on how to proceed with it. Suggest opening an account? Access some of the money perhaps and reissue another to deposit at my bank? Went to my bank and they were surprised this wasn't offered. Everyone wants a new customer. Now I know why I bank where I do andand its not BoA

Am 60 years old, disabled...painful walking, had a child in a car seat and they absolutely ignor the drive thru window. When questioning customers, who could walk and stand, that were inside, they admitted they were only in line for a few minutes. I was thrown out for pointing out this lapse of customer concern. My hips are so painful whem I walk...thank you!

The 1st of the month is generally a really busy time for any bank, right? So why do they only ever have one teller working? F'ing ridiculous.

They closed a few minutes early which is simply frustrating. Cmon guys, really, ? We all have phones with accurate time!

The woman at counter was one of the most rude people I have met. Worst customer service. Disappointed and will be changing banks because of that terribly rude human. She does not need to be the first person you see when you walk in. She needs to be some where in the back, hidden from the public. Bad look for the company.

Just rude..she acted as if I was asking her to give me money out of her purse, when I was just getting my own money out of the bank..

Great experience! Greeted by manager who took time to talk to me while I waited to for my appointment time with bank staff to open an account. He was pleasant and very professional!
