Came here to open an account for my business. They would not let me use the bathroom. They said they didn't have one, than I reminded them I had used it in the past. After me and the customer's started getting upset how they were treating me they personally took me to the bathroom. Will be going to a bank that has a bathroom next time. Evil evil bank. Use another evil one such as TD a little less evil.

Came to open an account the lady why are you here I say to open an account she says nope not today I asked why because its almost 3 and we close at 4 I have to much work

Never been a time I've come in that there's more than 1 teller working. It's pretty ridiculous. Line is long, even on the busiest days..still only one teller. I. Just. Don't. Get. It. Management please hire more staff. It's been since July since I've been coming here and the same issue.
