Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas

Worst branch in this world. Seldom more than one teller open,even at peak times. Drive tru was closed last year why I was told not busy enough. Had lost my atm card once and went in there for help. Was told I needed to make a appointment to see a person. Then was told I had to make the appointment on line. Rudely told I had to do so elsewhere and not while standing there. I will never go there again.

Agree worst branch ever. They should have more poeple. Banks are making more money than ever and we have tk stand in line for literally an hour while 3 people walk around doing nothing. How bout you open up a freaking register to cash our checks!! The one thing wveeyone is in line for because the atms cant do it. Worst ever. Create a ficking job in this country

The slowest branch ever. This is my third and last time here. One teller for a line of 10 people. Their air conditioning is turned off and it's 85 degrees out. No one to greet us and ask what we are in for.

This always a pleasure to come here for my banking. But, lately lines for seeing a bank teller have been long. Not sure why BOA does not have enough staff to help especially on Saturday...

What kind of bank closes 15 mins before 5:00pm ? I don’t think it’s fair for us customers. The fact that I came twice and waited for more than 30 minutes and the lady was being VERY rude. I wouldn’t even rate this a 1 start.

Management has absolutely no common sense. I informed the banking center manager regarding an individual inside the branch following my father home after making a cash withdrawal, and robbing him at gun point. She acted as though it was irrelevant information to her and stated she was not able to report to security or pull video footage. An hour and a half later of waiting and she’s inside her office talking to another employee while we wait to close and reopen his account. I’ve been in the financial industry management for over 10 years and this is completely unacceptable. Please do something regarding this issue. A disciplinary action needs to be taken against this woman.

Full disclosure, I am not a BOA customer,& do not wait in line for a teller. My 5 star rating is because this ATM location inside offers $10 denominations you can withdraw, which is great if you have to withdraw less than $20. The only other store in the area that does $5/$10 atm withdraws is Texaco on Ferguson rd/Centerville.

#BankOfAmerica needs to change staff ASAP people stop banking for this simple reason and if they don't make changes I will also leave. Only 3 people in the staff long lines nonsense and more nonsense. Change your ways please.

They must be about to sink because nobody works here, Managers are useless, atm is constantly frozen. Top 3 trash bank locations for sure.

I have waited for 45 minutes because they have just one teller working and they don’t put more than one teller through the weekdays and the line was too long I think this is the worse branch I ever seen in my life I don’t recommend any one to go there
