Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

BOA is the worst bank relating to the customer services in the US. You would find long lines of customers waiting for a teller to get help. Teller would tell you off for not adding address and date on deposit slip. A long delay to get an appointment with a banker. Last Saturday, I was in a line of 30 people standing at outside Hyattsville branch. No one opened the door for customer and the door did not even have a sign that branch would remain closed. Such a disgrace from a bank, never seen before in my life. I am not sure why small business or regular individual should keep an account in this bank. I have switched.

2018 Worst bank of America. Terrible customer service and amazingly slow. Went to the one on Baltimore ave and its surprising to see the difference. Actual customer service and treats you well. 2021 Update: customer service is a lot better, but still needs more tellers. Have no choice but to go here since other bank of americas are all closed. Waited an hour to get to a teller.

This branch is very slow. They rarely have more than 2 tellers working at a time. Today I waited 30 minutes in line, with 1 teller working. Not acceptable and not a very good showing of Customer Service. This is not the first time, but a regularity for this location.

Small office but with very efficient staff. Cashier ladies are smiley and friendly. 2 ATM machines right outside of the boa work well. There's also a drive through ATM machine behind the building.

Long lines , always little workers on the busiest days. Go to a different bank don't waste your time here. Also , ATM outside never work

This branch is the worst! They always claim to be open from 9am-4pm during the week but they are always “temporarily closed” for at least an hour after 9am. It also has some of the worst wait times in the area — probably because there’s always 1-2 tellers working at a time! Do not go here if you’re pressed for time and trying to be in and out!!!

Worst BofA I've ever experienced. The most rude tellers ever! My husband and I were in line to make a deposit. I was depositing a check, he was giving me cash to deposit. The teller said he would have to wait in line all over again! Even though the cash and check were being deposited in the same account! How is he handing me cash a separate transaction or customer? This teller was vile! This branch has always been awful. For years the lines are out the door, incompetent customer service, and an all around feeling of dread. The waiting area is disgusting as well. Go to College Park!!! It's a real BofA branch! Everything negative these other reviewers are saying is true!

Terrible! Long lines all the time, new people who are not trained how to properly handle transactions! Not enough tellers on Saturday which is the busiest day! Bank interior needs to be remodeled!

This was my first time going to the Queens Chapel branch. I worked with Raul to close on a loan. Raul was very pleasant and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided a positive experience for me.

The manager greeted me with a handshake and a smile. And I will say that I will be returning this location in the future. I was highly impressed, highly. Professional, respectful and courteous. And that's how we all should be treated. Thank you
