The worst customer service. Only one cashier and long line waiting to get on the window # 2 in the lane waiting for more than 25 minutes.

The teller asked me if I could wait while she takes another customer behind me because she knew my transaction would take a long time. Even tho I've been waiting in line longer than the customer behind me. Even tho she dont know his transaction and believes his transaction would be shorter than mine. Then gave me attitude when I said no. Terrible teller.

If I could do ZERO stars, I would. The employees here don't even greet you. They stare at your like you're crazy when you go up to the teller window. The other employees who sit at the desks don't even smile at you, like if you're beneath them. & The other person who is typically at the front desk when you walk in, speaks to you in the most childish voice as if speaking to a 3 year old. I hate this location and definitely prefer the COLLEGE PARK location better!

Wish I could give zero. Came here in the Saturday morning, waiting for a specialist for half of an hour, they don't even have a sign in sheet! A staff walked over and said sorry and thank you for your patience, I told him I just need my bank statement, he responded that specialist doesn't work on Saturday. I literally waited more than half an hour for nothing. Very unprofessional and never visit here again.

I was going to leave a bad review because it took me interacting with four people to close my account. But as I was there the kindness and helpfulness of those I talked to made me change things up. I disagree about earlier reviews saying

Went to wire cash for emergency and didn't have an appointment. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Successfully completed a transaction in just 40 min. Good experience.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience.

Everyone here should lose their job because they have no idea what customer service means. I went in here to retrieve cash out of my account and I did not have my ID but I had a copy of my ID, a birth certificate, credit cards, and my social security card. They still would not allow me to get a temporary bank card or withdraw more than 50 bucks even after I called the 1800 number and got their approval. The supervisor told me that he did not have to speak with anyone at the headquarters if he did not want to.I ended up driving to VA and was able to get a temporary bank card and withdraw with the same documents I gave them. Horrible attitudes and obviously do not understand their companies policies.

Within this past 2 years, I've never seen an employee more than 3 times!! They're keep changing their employees. It's good to see familiar faces, that way it's convenient. Seriously what's up with keep changing all the employees in this branch??
