I do not recommend this bank or trust this bank with your money . I had many fraudulent transactions on my account in the amount of over $2000 . The bank did not give me a credit while investigators looked. Into it. They took 4 days to look into it to tell me the claim was closed . I reopened the claim stating that these transactions was not through me . They claimed they was by me or someone who I know, which was a lie . Most of the transactions was from cash app from an unknown name . I noticed when I file other claims that are 30-60 dollars they will give you your money with not much hassle. When it comes to big amounts being taken from your account they don’t want to repay you the money . I asked for the supported documentation that was found with this investigation l, they couldn’t determine any evidence found when I called . I will be closing my account with this bank and advise ppl to stay away from this bank. 2000 gone and nothing was done, your money is not safe here .

My husband and I needed some account documents, so we called the customer service number and was told the documents we needed could only be printed on site at the bank and they couldn't provide them via email. So we went to this branch to get them. We were told by the branch banker (who said she had over a decade of experience working at BoA) that she could not provide the documents we wanted. We told her that is not what the customer service agents on the phone told us. So with an attitude, she told us "well I'll call them, but I was just asked to do this for another customer and was told by our agents that this wasn't possible." So she called and what do you know, they were able to send her the documents to print off. But then we also needed a written explanation from the banker stating some simple information. She said that wasn't possible, even though, again, we were told over the phone that it was, and she told us that there was nothing she could do. Then we asked her to stamp the documents so that we could show they were printed at this location. She told us they don't stamp documents on site. We didn't believe her, so we went to another location and they were able to fulfill our requests with no problem. How you could work for this bank for over a decade and not be able to assist with simple requests is beyond me. I couldn't tell if she was incompetent or lazy but she was probably both.

My wife accidentally washed a cashiers check for 11500.00 and other than being nice on the first call, the manager used her discretion to give me zero relief even though I had physical proof the destroyed check was in my possession. That was the culmination of being a Bank of America business account holder for almost 20 years in Virginia, California, and Texas. I am aware of the law that can be upheld for these types of funds, but also know after visiting my former California branch that the manager can asses each situation case by case and make an exception or offer a surety bond solution if the customer can't wait 90 days for the money. If you are indeed reading this Bank of America I would recommend you re-training this branch regarding these types of funds and also print the cashiers check that costs me $10 on something better than 1 cent staples copy paper. With all hi tech security and fraud prevention shame on you for being so careless with my money and keeping me from it for 3 months. And finally to the bank manager at Shoal Creek... you should be more thorough and concerned when something happens to your customers. You really were a let down after the first phone call. You gave me no feeling of value for being a Bank of America customer.

I HATE THIS BANK. I have been a customer of Chase since it took over whatever bank I had back in the way when. Although I tend to not be a fan of corporations or banks, Chase does a good job. I have been doing business with BoA on behalf of my 87 year old mother. The difference is quite stark. First of all - the hours. Is this 1974? No. BoA seems to still believe in "bankers' hours" that are completely inconvenient for working customers. Secondly - ridiculous rules. I have attempted to deposit a CASHIER'S CHECK to my mother's account at BoA and was told, "Ooooh, sorry. Your (cashier's) check is older than 180 days. BoA doesn't cash checks older than 180 days (with such a sweet smile)." A cashier's check is basically cash. The amount of the check was minuscule in comparison to the amount of money already in the account. I shrugged my shoulders, walked next door and deposited the check into my Chase account. No problems. No questions. The amount of money in my account is minuscule compared to the amount of the check. I wrote a check and deposited it into my mom's BoA account. What a pain. My Chase checking account is also completely free. With direct deposit I pay nothing. If a check is going to bounce, they warn me as soon as the check is pending so that i can cover it and incur no fees. I can't even say that for my credit union. Hope you get a clue, BoA. Maybe the recent scandal with your agents opening accounts is forcing your to make things so inconvenient?

Hands down the best banking team I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Everyone here has been extremely efficient, competent and committed to a friendly and personal customer service experience.

The counter banking staff at the Shoal Creek location is the best I've experienced compared to multiple branches where I've made other transactions, including other states. They've always been friendly, have done their best to accomodate my needs, and their overall interaction expresses care for their customers. The manager (his name escapes me) is stellar!

We went there, no one is at the front desk. We had to enter the line while we did not need to because we needed to see a banker. 1 banker was dealing with client the other one was staring at the computer. After waiting for a while I left... Interesting bank office. Definitely a must visit place for new bankers to learn how a branch can be unsuccesful.

Very unfriendly staff. There were no lines, no other customers in the bank, at least 4 tellers at their station and not one said good morning. The first teller did not acknowledge me. When I walked up to her station I asked "are you open" and she said no, but they are, and pointed to her left to the other tellers. Just a very unwelcoming group.

Went to the drive through, only my car and one other. Was never greeted. Sent in my ID to get helped. Didn't get helped. Asked for my ID back. Not even a sorry, just that he had a line. You guys need to hire more people.

Brodie was very nice with assisting me with my money, I brought in a lot of bills and he took the time to make sure they were counted properly.
