Luma was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable! She treated me and my elderly father like royalty. Answered all of our questions and took care of all of our banking needs. I will only deal with her from now on, 5 star service!!!!

Horrible customer service. Going into 3 years and still only open from 9-4 and need to make an appointment for anything. Getting ready to move all of our accounts.

This branch is the second worst (the other one is near Pierre one). There's this guy that greets you, the tellers except for Joanne are clueless about their jobs and are obviously not trained well. Bad hours as if they're hurrying to always close because no one wants to work anymore. Massively under staffed. The whole BOA is going down fast. Moved my accounts to chase after I waited 30 minutes for a basic transaction

Needed an urgent banker help, after going to many branches and told me they are booked and they cant help me, I called this brunch and this professional woman named” Luma” answered the phone and after telling her my situation she was able to squeeze me in and saved my day!!! Not only that she was very nice, friendly, and very professional!! Cant thank her enough.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any banking situation and been to this location 3 times and it’s been the same experience every time. I wish there was a 0 star option. The tellers are extremely rude and not knowledgeable about their checking process. “That’s just the way it is” was the response we were given. Bank of America is losing our whole family as customers due to the ignorance of their staff. Rudy greeted us and that was the only positive outlook of this building. They had 1 teller working with another teller just making small talk with the customer about their New Years plans as if there isn’t a 10 person line, mind you we are in the middle of a pandemic with no urgency of anyone in that building. I cannot advise you enough to stay far away from this building and Bank of America as a whole after our experiences. Need new management ASAP or someone knowledgeable about customer service and how to treat a human.

Location is always under staffed. Usually only 1 teller, with a line halfway out the door. They are trying to go automated too fast, bu you still need a teller for too many things to have one person there. Better make an appointment, or be ready to wait an hour. Also they never answer their phone. If your looking for a bank with local type service where you can walk in and talk to someone, I would look elsewhere.

Was going to do a vehicle transaction so I needed cash went to one location which was closed looked on the map and found many locations closed. Went to this location and they told me I could only take out $2000. I've been with Bank of America nearly 20 years I'm going to start looking for another bank.
