They can’t seem to update their business hours. I had to drive a long way so I double checked that they would be open 11/29/21 by 10am. They claimed to be open at 9am NOPE! Believe it or not this happened Friday, Saturday, and now Monday because some halfwit didnt manage to update the hours. I sat here for an hour as customers walked up and walked away angry, many having the same story as me. I was really hoping an employee would hurriedly rush in so I could deposit a large check… No hero’s today. BOA you keep screwing like this on a daily basis and I might just ask for you to be my girlfriend. Pic of some dude being disappointed.

Paige Hardin made my experience at this branch an excellent one. She was polite, knowledgeable, communicative, expeditious, and efficient. Everything I had to get done was completed and I can't imagine that anyone could've facilitated my matter any better. I'm always happy to and typically only give a review when I do receive this type of service. She's to be commended.

Branch manager Josh is a joke. One of his employees lied to me while setting me and my wife up with an account. After the account was setup I discovered that he was dishonest and asked to get the situation corrected. Josh wouldn’t assist me and said there was nothing he could do. I asked to close the account then and give me my funds back. Once again josh said there was nothing to be done. So if you are looking for honest people that aren’t liars don’t do business at Bank of America especially this branch.

This place stinks. No urgency to help customers. Line of 6 people and 2 tellers slower than sloths. Smiling and chit chatting at how wonderful their lives are since they don't have to care about speed.

I went to this branch with my husband and 3 kids ( 7 , 3 and 8 months ) . “Jonathan” was absolutely amazing. He was very thoughtful and easygoing. He brought some colors and coloring papers for the kids. One of the kids needed to go to the restroom and they opened them for us. I was very nervous having to go there with 3 kids. But every thing went smoothly.

Don't ever leave your money in an account with Bank of America if it's going into a trust. My sister and I have spent the past month trying to get the account properly switched after our mother passed. We have all of the correct paperwork but guess who lost all of the paperwork they needed after we came in. Weeks of being assured it is being taken care of then "oh sorry we can't find anything can you come back in." Then told everything is set and it still isn't. A Livonia location gave us completely incorrect instructions and this Novi location doesn't seem to know what they are doing either.

I recently made a visit to my bank , Bank of America novi , my visits are pretty consistent someone will ask if you need help , line moves pretty fast , I needed to speak with someone regarding business, the young lady that came out to help me was a very knowledgeable associate by the name of Paige , she was very nice, professional and helpful, she answered every question that I asked and even questions that I forgot to ask, you can always tell when someone actually cares about helping customers move in a positive direction and Paige is that kind of person, she went over and above to make sure I had all of the answers and information that I needed that would help me out moving forward , I will be scheduling an appointment with Paige soon, my schedule got a lot busier after the first meeting , so I haven’t been able to get there but I will , I would highly recommend anyone in any business to schedule an appointment with Paige at Bank of America Novi. You won’t be disappointed.

Normally I would not have given any stars but unfortunately I'm require to give 1 star but I had a very bad experience in the Novi Bank of America Branch (Grand river/beck). The bankers attitude, behavior, personality are intolerable. If you have any business with this branch GOOD LUCK.

I go here for business deposits weekly, I have not had a bad experience until now. The lady was extremely rude when I got to the counter, when handing back my ID she smacked it on the counter top (dramatically) and threw my deposit slip at me. Finishing that off with “have a nice day” is not good enough. Extremely pathetic customer service for a bank like this, and it’s the only one open around here too.
