    I went to the drive thru and my card wasn’t working. Went inside and I was greeted by Lorena and Berny. I told them my situation and I asked if they could check my account and tell me what was going on. They told me to go on my phone and download the BofA app (which I already have). I explained that I already did that but could not resolve anything. I asked them if they could help me in house but they denied me assistance. Again they told me to go on the app. I went back out to my car and called BofA. Turns out my card information was compromised and they cancelled my card for security purposes. I’m not sure why Lorena and Berny turned me away and couldn’t help me out with this. Went back in and was able to withdraw from the teller. Bank of America needs to do better with training or hiring. I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and being told to go on the app instead of being assisted makes me want to switch to another bank.

    This is a busy branch. Come with ample time y patience to do your transactions. Otherwise staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

    The manager Mariem has been extremely rude twice in a row when trying to change my name on the account. It wouldn’t be as bad to be turned away if they weren’t rude, unhelpful, and act like they don’t even want to be there. At least act like you want to help the customer and don’t roll your eyes at us. We’ve been customers for 15 years and are looking at going elsewhere. Do not use this location if you have any other option.

    Gets busy here especially during peak hours. I'd recommend to make an appointment instead of walk in if you need to do wires or talk to a specialist. The parking situation isn't bad as I've been able to park either next to the bank or a short walk across the next parking lot to the restaurant.

    Wow six people behind the glass and only two helping customers. 14 people in line and its fun chat chat time behind the glass. The only time this bank is quick about anything is getting you out the door when they are about to close. P.s. they have two concierges......who are just talking to each other, not to customers.

    Went in with my new ID with my NEW last name to update and request my new card and it’s been two months and I just found out the guy never changed my new address that’s on my new ID and he never requested my new debit card! He was very chatty but the whole purpose of my appointment was for that!

    I hate this branch. They are so slow. The line is always at least 10 people long at all times of the day. Avoid this one at all cost. Every other branch in the surrounding areas is so much better. I try always to go to the one in a nicer area like Tustin, I'm in and out so fast and the lines are always short because the tellers are quick .

    Wanted to do a domestic wire + purchase foreign currency for my trip. Greeted by a manager and was told a wait time of 45 mins. Ended up waiting for 5 mins only. The manager shared some helpful tips for traveling while I waited. The service is very good.

    Wish I could give them 0 stars. The lines are horrible, the staff (outside of tellers) give you wrong information. They are rude and not informative at all. I will be closing all 4 accounts I have with them. They are losing a client of 27 years. PLEASE! PLEASE don't bank with this branch or BoA in general. They were once a good place to bank with.
