In my very first visit to this branch I had the pleasure of working with Whitney Walls and Sally Allataifei. Both of them made the process of opening an account a total fun experience. They are very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. They not only answered all my questions but also helped me set up online banking app. Kudos to them for their professionalism and patience. Worst experience ever with DHILSHA ATHULATHMUDALI. I had an appointment with her and she didn’t want to help me because I dont’t speak english. Don’t do business with her. She doesn’t use language line. When I tried to ask her something she told me “I already told you I dont speak spanish”and left. She thinks she is something that she is not.

Fantastic experience at this BofA branch! I am new to the US, and Dhilsha Athulathmudali was super helpful in guiding me through the options for financial autonomy, and got me two bank accounts and a credit card in the same visit. She even stayed beyond office hours to make sure all processes are complete, and I am able to use my checking account immediately. For someone like me who is new to the labyrinthine financial systems of this country, she was a delight to work with!
