Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Laurens St, Aiken

The WORST bank in America is more like it! There's a reason they have a 1 star rating on every review site online. My ex and I tried to purchase our 2nd home with Bank of America. After making us jump through hoops they denied the loan a week before we were set to close. The loan officer wouldn't return any of our phone calls or give us any other options. We both had over 750 credit scores! We went to a different bank the very next week and they got the deal done in less than a month! One month later we get a letter in the mail stating that Bank of America had PURCHASED the loan from the smaller lender...the very same loan they denied us for and made us go through the entire process again with another lender! Fast forward 4 years later my ex and I have split up and I'm trying to do a refi to get her off of the loan. Still have great credit, no debt, but the underwriter is calling me a liar about it being my primary home so they once again have denied the loan after making me pay $450 for an appraisal. Once again the loan officer Randi Robinson and Doug Haley have fallen off the planet and won't return any of my calls or emails...until today when I reached out to corporate. I've talked to 2 other lenders whom both say they can definitely get the deal done. I've been a customer of Bank of Anerica for over 10 years and have payed them nearly $60k in mortgage interest over the last 8 years, and this is how they treat me. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT use Bank of America for any type of home loan or refi!!!!!

Would not cash a Bank of America check that was from another town. We were made to wait a half an hour before we were told try wouldn't cash it.

Horrible I wish my partner would find another bank.
