Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Martin Luther King Jr Hwy, Seat Pleasant

No star!I went to this bank for change this morning. As a commercial customer of your bank, I feel humiliation. After waiting for half hour, it was my turn. The staff counted my cash done.Later another staff told me that there is no change coin service until 11 o'clock. If there is no change, why don't you tell me at the beginning? Are you kidding me? Wasted my time, and there is not any apologized! The worst bank ever. It's time to consider canceling your credit card debit card and business account!

Dramatically understaffed. Waited in line for half an hour, and then was told nobody could see me. Anywhere else, the whole trip would've taken ten minutes. Also, considering how bad this heat wave has been, they need to fix their air conditioning.

They are rude and one I give her 1200 dollars she put it into drawer and she tells me I give her 1000 dollars when I call manager and manager count her drawer manager get 200 dollars over they never say sorry that means they wants to steal my money I give the picture too

Waited in line 30 minutes (only one person at the counter) just to be told that they can't help me until tomorrow. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

They're starting off on a bad note. It's Wednesday morning 10:48 am and the bank is closed. No note on the door. No update on the website indicating the bank is closed. No updated voicemail message to say the bank is closed.

This is my first time reviewing a company. Terrible and terrible. Only thing I can say as is a details is send an inspector (agent) to this branch as customer then he will experience it.

I did one star because I obviously had to pick one. You don't deserve any. First the slips weren't stocked so I couldn't fill it out before hand. I stood in line and patiently waited. A gentleman came in after and was called up to the window. It was clear that he frequented this bank because he knew the tellers by name and was inquiring about one who wasn't there. This does not give reason for me to be looked over. He says to the teller "the young lady was before." She responds by saying "yea I know." REALLY!!! IF YOU KNEW THAT THEN WHY HAVE HIM TO COME UP!!!! Won't be back. Don't care if its the only b of a in DC!! I should have paid attention to the reviews when I looked it up.

Excellent service. especially Mrs Veronica Lee Green who helped me done many things today, really helpful and all the staffs here are so friendly. Thank you so much.

Place maintenance the atm more often

Line out the door. Worse BoA I have ever been to. Its never a time that you will get in and get out. Never a full staff. One teller for a line full of people everytime
