Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Waiting and waiting and waiting... There’s only one teller for the whole branch. How broke are you Bank of America? Also two suits just sitting in their office and staring at their computer screens? What Netflix original are you watching? Maybe come help a customer out? I mean your job is to help customers right?

Don’t work with Michael Chesner he’ll promise to do all sorts of follow up and not do any. Sign you up for the bank account that suits his pocketbook and not yours and then refuse to help with added fees you shouldn’t be receiving. Worst bank experience ever as a business. He signed me up for the wrong account on top of everything else.

I work the service industry so I rarely complain about anything but this branch's lack of ability to meet basic needs is astounding. I moved back to Seattle after spending 5 years in Montana. I needed to open a new bank account in Seattle so I chose BoA as my family banks here and this branch is very close to my home. I first opened my account at the end of October. I was given a temporary debit card and told my card would arrive in 5-10 business days. My card never arrived and my temporary card expired over Thanksgiving/Black Friday weekend. I learned this when I tried to get gas on Thanksgiving and had no access to my account via card or ATM. I called BoA that weekend just to find out my last name had been misspelled, so I put in a request to have my name fixed. After a week or so, I decided to go in to BoA to figure out my card situation. When I was able to speak with someone, I learned my last name request still hadn't been put in. I then got a new temporary debit card and was told mine would arrive in 5-10 business days. Now it's the first of a new year and guess who still doesn't have a real debit card? This girl. Oh, and such wonderful timing, guess when my temporary expired? On NYE as I'm trying to pay for my parking on my way to work. If I could give less than one star, I would. So extremely frustrated and disappointed by this bank.

Excellent bank and service. Relocated from the UK, so had no credit history. Despite that - was set up quick & easy. I'm greeted everytime I pop in. Great and friendly staff. Ask for Matt.

Horrible customer service! Waited40 minutes to get help and even though a nice gentleman acknowledged us the one who was going to help us took his damn time to help! Very poor service and will def try another branch!

Horrible experience again and again. I am finally closing my account, although it will create a lot of hassle in my life, it will be worth leaving Bank of American once and for all. These people are a machine that do not care about our lives. Time to go to a credit union where they care. I used to bank at Citibank and I was so happy. When I moved to WA, there was not Citibank option available so I ended up with this horrible bank. I don't know anyone that has anything nice to say about this bank. They cost me 500.00 dollars today, and it all could have easily been avoided. Bye bye Bank of American and good riddance.

I think this is a great branch! They have always been very professional and helpful to me. I have a small business right down the road and i would never change banks because these guys are so great. I don't know why they have bad reviews. My experience especially with Oksana has been outstanding!

Pretty standard if older branch location that offers safe deposit boxes and notary services. Sufficient parking and a number of ATMs too. Staff seems reasonably capable and is very friendly.

They Do offer Notary Services, and the Staff is friendly. There are often times a wait at the counter. Parking can be challenging.
