Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Golf Links Dr, Charlotte

BOA is getting worse everyday. 4pm and the inside is closed....only 1 atm that is drive through, took me 20 minutes to get some cash. Switching all my accounts over to the state employees credit union. They are right next door and open for customers to walk in.

Has no inside ATM. Has no drive-up service. Only has a SINGULAR drive-up ATM. Had to wait 10 minutes for 3 cars to go through. If you go inside, they have less workers than they used to, so you end up waiting in a long line, and you can sit in the chairs in the waiting room where you can watch advertisements for more BOA services. Such a narcissistic necrophilic experience.

The bank is in a nice area. However the ATM machine was only drive thru. I didn't have a car so I use it. Doesn't make sense to not have an ATM machine in the bank to use after hours like most other BOA banking centers

We usually go to the BOA near our house off weddington road. We needed a form notarized to officially register our nanny on our payroll and since we were in the Waverly area, we decided to stop by this branch instead. What a waste of time. I explained what we needed notarized and why. The greeter “Preeta” had a deer in headlight look. We’ve done this in the past with our previous nanny - it’s a very incredibly simple form. She initially said she can help, then read over the form and said she couldn’t. I asked why? She said it had to be notarized over the phone. What? How can a document be notarized over the phone??? She said she wasn’t sure and that there was a department for that. I explained that I had done this before, at BoA, to add our nanny to payroll. She said she would ask a manager for help. She left, spoke to a lady behind the counter and came back saying that she was correct in that I needed to get the form notarized through BoA customer service on the phone. At this point, I just looked at her and said “it would’ve been much easier if you would’ve just said you didn’t want to help me. Have a great afternoon” and I left. Drove back home to our weddington location and LO AND BEHOLD. They happily took care of me and we were in and out in about 5 minutes. In short, avoid this location at ALL COSTS. They will not help you.

Go and you'll find out why. Bank of America has not been in a good position for a while and seeing how they manage their decreasing locations makes me think it's time to get my investments out. Staff is well below customer service or any service level at this location particularly. I would blame that mostly on the fact that no one at this bank understands local or let alone national culture nor can even speak clear concise English.

But only have ONE ATM in a busy area. This is a bad joke.

I visited this location a few times to get info and set up a business account. I worked with Anita and Ana and had a wonderful experience both times!Both women are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made the process very easy. BOA also has great rates and wonderful online banking. Not sure what the other reviews are about, but I've had a great experience!

The Tellers were very rude, quick to judge, not warm and welcoming at all. I was honestly very disappointed for it being a bank of america branch. I walked in told the lady at the front that I needed to cash a check and while waiting in line the teller behind the counter screamed across the branch “what does he need?” In a very unprofessional manner. When I cashed the check with my tellerst the counter I simply said “I dont need a receipt out of habit” and she said ,very condescendingly, “well you cashed a check you arent supposed to get a receipt anyways.” Again very shocked and disappointed for it to be a Bank of America Branch. I will from now on go to the one on Ardrey Kell Rd instead.

Been driving around for weeks now looking for one that can cash one of my customers checks. I now have 3 that need cashed. Our work is already completed on one job and I can't get paid. Thanks boa

Terrible customer service The don’t want customers I will cancel my account
