i work down the street and wish this branch was closer to my house! they are always super friendly, helpful, and fast. i went in again today to get a bank check. when i told Kay who to make it out to, she congratulated me on my new car.. so sweet!

Been a BoFA member for a very long time. But whenever I try to get a notary done, or a cashier's check made they don't have a notary available or they charge you a fee for making a cashier's check. What service! Credit unions offer much better services and treat you so much better.

Amanda (manager) was so incredibly helpful today. I had an issue with the drive through ATM and she was so efficient and understanding in helping me out. She was friendly and the customer service was outstanding!

Slightly hard to find but hey when you need a bank of America and your in a rush any bank of America will do..has a drive thru and the people are nice.

We would love it if Jessica was there all the time. She is our favorite banker. Super fast, friendly and good at her job. What more can you want? Maybe a candy jar? Just kidding. Thank you.

The people are nice and helpful, and the facility and location are good, but it's so annoying having to set up an appointment even to do something simple with anyone other than the teller. Walk-ins are not welcome. And the weekday hours of operation make it almost impossible to visit the branch any time but on the couple hours they're open on the weekend.

No evening hours to accommodate people who work during the day and no Saturday hours. If you call about a question the answer service can't help. This is poor service.
