Do not trust this bank! The Manager Marco is absolutely horrible, the ATMs do not track the funds deposited. I put in $450 into the ATM and it never made the deposit in my account. Went to the manager and he wouldn't even talk to me, just said file a police report. I've banked with BOA for years and never had an issue until working with the YUMA WATSON Branch, now I eagerly trying to close my accounts as soon as I can. PLEASE BEWARE, they do not care about their customer and will do everything in their power to NOT help you. Also, my ATM theft was NOT reported by them or third party to collect funds. BEWARE I am a veteran and this how they treat us.

I opened an checking account on Monday went there Wednesday the same week to close it. The manger of the bank on Watson Rd refused to close it and give me back my 25,000.00 I just deposited on Monday. The manager told me to come back Thursday. I told her I cannot come back since I was leaving foe PA at 6 AM Thursday. The manager handed me my license and told me there’s nothing she can do. Very very poor customer service. Oh and to get through to talk to somebody good luck .. It will take at least two days to finally get through. So I’m going to close all my accounts with this bank. Thank God I didn’t open my business account with them. Lesson learned do your research on banks first.

The lady manager saw like 4 different forms of my id and said she still couldn’t cash my check but I came in the next day and the male manager cashed my check for me no problem that lady was rude and lazy and made me late on my apartment deposit I almost lost my unit because of her. She refused my bank card because my name said Tori instead of Victoria-marie but the reason it doesn’t is because my name is too long to fit on the card because my last name is so long. It was just aggravating showing her my school I’d with my picture and name and she said she can’t accept it because it was from last year.

Absolutely the worst BofA around. I deposited 24k in checks into my business account, the atm ate my card and all the checks then canceled the transaction. Never gave them back, so I go inside and tell them and they tell me the only thing I can do is call the 1800 number on the machine. So after causing a scene they FINALLY get someone to help me. They stuck me in a office and called the 1800 number then handed me the phone and walked out. Sooo then after all this wasted time they finally tell me they’ll put the money in my account in 2 days… here it is on day 3. Still no money in my account. My business has $2000 a day operating cost. And now payroll is coming up, nobody seems to care at all that this could potentially put me out of business. Now I’m struggling to make payroll and also am having a hard time keeping up with my customers needs. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!

I went in and they said come back in 15-20 minutes. Their computer system is rebooting. Someone there had already been waiting for over 15 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back. 20 minutes later they were still down with no cashiers. They were still telling people to come in 15 minutes. "Honestly, if you don't know when they will be back up, then say that! Stop lying to customers, it's not fair!"

The banking experience has really gone down the toilet. I tried to call the location. No one answers. Called multiple times. No one answers. I tried to make an appointment, but no appointments available for at least 3 to 4 days. What happened to being able to walk into a bank and get business done quickly and efficiently. COVID is cited as the reason for changes. STOP BLAMING COVID!’!!!

By far the worst Bank of America from a customer service standpoint I have ever been to. I went there for the last time 4 weeks ago and will never go back again. The manager is absolutely clueless and ive even considered leaving bank of america because of the foolishness ive experienced at this branch. I drive miles out of my way to go the location on cotton lane.

They services they offer work out well but their biggest flaw is that they always only have 1 teller, no matter what time you go. Yes they have an ATM and the drive thrus, but having to wait 40 minutes for when yiu need a teller is ridiculous.its not like they don't have workers, there's literally 3 extra people walking around but they never help out because "they're helping the other bankers". If I don't absolutely have to stop here I don't. Unless I want to kill time in an air conditioned building in summer, the couches are comfy😅

This location never answers the phone so you can’t make an appointment, but when you walk in, they say there’s no bankers available and you need to make an appointment. Save your time and go to the Cotton Lane location update they replied to my review with no help wow no wonder Bank of America is considered one of the worst banks

This is the worst bank in the world. I have several bank accounts in Buckeye. Chase is ok. BMO is great. This bank is horrible. Do not open an account here!!!! I have been waiting 20 minutes and the line has not moved. There is an employee doing nothing but apparently only one person has been trained to be a teller. There are 5 people in front of me. I will close my account when I get my turn.

This was my first visit to this specific location. Only one teller working with over 10 people in line. I was taking a deposit for a busniness and forgot my ID. They refused to do the deposit. I have been taking deposits for this company for over 10 years. They have had this policy for a couple years and when I have forgotten my ID they will still take the deposit. The manager came over and still refused doing the deposit. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. They were rude and arrogant. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!
