Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Memorial Ave, West Springfield

They made me wait outside in such a cold and windy day. Closed my account the same day. Even dollar tree doesn’t make their customers wait outside. They’re good and that’s why people want to bank with them but I’d look for other options.

The Bank of America Corporation actively finances fossil-fuel projects including fossil fuel pipelines. The fossil fuel projects “fuel” Climate Change/Climate Chaos. BoA is financing the "Line 3" pipeline that will carry tar sands derived petroleum. In Minnesota, Native Americans vehemently oppose the construction of Line 3. Line 3 threatens their land and water. Please do not use Bank of America until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects. Thanks for considering. Steve J

I went in to discuss account activity and requesting to speak to the manager. The manager said she wasn’t available and had her assistant help me but stood there the whole time. I didn’t feel like she valued me as a customer. Ive been with Bank of America for so long and never had an issue with them rearranging transactions. Im sure if I was a business customer with thousands of dollars in my account she would have took care of me personally in her office like I had originally requested. I work in customer service and Carol definitely did not show any leadership skills. She lacks empathy with her customers and I’m sure she treats her employees the same way.

We came in and MARYNA SUKHINA helped us out. Very satisfied with the customer service she provided us! She made all the calls (that others said we had to do on our own) and was polite, and even offered us a better solution to our current situation.

Very slow.. Long wait time.. and if you are going for notary it’s unclear what they will notarize and what they will not .. TD bank is much better and helpful

It's ridiculous just one counter open for customers on Friday I'm waiting around 1 hr then why u have 3 there is just open 1 🙄may works on Monday or Wednesday but Friday in a busy place like west Springfield?

I will never understand how Bank of America sees themselves as customer friendly when they close at 4 pm.

Wrote a check out for deposit for a contractor doing work for me. Went in to the BOA in West Springfield. He was told there were insufficient funds! There was plenty to cover the check. Called West Springfield branch and spoke to Lauren, apparently the “assistant manager”. She was absolutely ZERO help and couldn’t wait to transfer me to customer service. No apologies, even though the bank was totally at fault. Absolute joke! Couldn’t post it without giving 1 star. Should be NO stars!

The branch manager is amazing. She always welcomes you and helps as you are her family member. I really appreciate her efforts in customer service. Thank you !

One teller open during lunch, the busiest time. Absolutely terrible and really considering switching banks
