Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Mooney Blvd, Visalia

Absolutely incompetent branch. Being a "preferred rewards member" doesn't mean ANYTHING. After one of the employees made an error of cashing checks (after a 2 hr wait and explanation to tell them that this IS a feature offered by BoFA), they took out $1700 from my account WITHOUT letting me know. 2 months later, I am waiting for the checks and still out the money. Do NOT recommend banking w them and I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame, such a large corporation, you'd think your money and loyalty is taken care of.

I only use B of A because my EDD funds are deposited here. B of A has placed a block on my account every time I have gone into the bank to withdraw my money. They will allow me to use the ATM once every 24 hours but I can only have $1,000.00. If I try for more, they will block my account again. They blocked my account on Monday and again on Tuesday because I tried to withdraw all the money EDD had put in my account. They said I could only have $1000.00 in a 24 hour period, but only as much as $4000.00 in a 7 day period. I'm trying to buy a house & I need all of my money for the down payment! But B of A says no!! It's going to take forever to get my money from B of A. They told me they are "protecting my money". From me?? B of A is going to cause me to lose my house. They told me yesterday when they blocked my account again because I tried to withdraw more of my money than they allowed, and told me I would have to wait 24 hours to ask them for my money again, which would be at 4pm tomorrow. If I come in early, they will block my account AGAIN!!! They close at 4pm tomorrow.

Definitely a horrible place to do any sort of banking. They are any but customer service orientated. And the sad part is they are living in the preRECESSION banking era!! You don’t bully and cheat your customers by any means ! Get it together BofA. Think of recruiting new talent that cares!! Horrible place.

Im 7 months pregnant, waited in line for 30 mins with huge swollen feet, only to be told I have to bring in my husband to cash a $40 check because our insurance company put "And" instead of "or". We can share insurance, a mortgage and a baby but can't cash a $40 check. Poor customer service!!!!

I find that some customers cause the huge delays in service, and the tellers handle these stressful people effortlessly. I could NEVER do their job! Keep up the good work. Oh, and please open a branch in NW Visalia. It's time!

15 people in line. 2 tellers. Sarcastic bank manager. Multiple people at desks with no guests need to get behind the teller area and assist people. Ridiculous. Been here 11 minutes and 1 person has been helped. Thank God I bank with Wells Fargo. Only here because of my short term disability claim. Ugh

This bank is located in the heart of VISALIA on very busy street. Everytimes i go there i should expecting a long line wich is ok to me because i was expected it and arranged my time …. This bank always has more windows open more than any other BOA everytimes i went there to buy coins for my collecting hobby!!! All tellers are working very hard, fast and helpful. To me personally, i was so happy and very gradefull with the one of the Female teller name AGUEDA . i was lucky enough to had serviced by her a number of times! She always smiling, has a very professional service, also she would go around to ask the other tellers to get coins for me wich is not usually at a place busy like this !? Thank you to AGUEDA and i would recomment this bank to everyone!

I went to the teller directly to make a cash withdrawal from my EDD and was questioned about where I bank. I assumed that since the EDD issued me Bank of America debit card that I could make transactions there without scrutiny. I got a better experience from the ATM when it came to withdrawing my money.

Bank of America is one of the largest and main banks in the United States! Great location on the busy roads of Mooney! Very tidy, spacious, and organized! Nice, friendly, helpful, and courteous staffs Great and professional customer service!👍

Completely rude and disrespectful manager... going to double check her name. But I’m pretty sure it was Ashley... I’ll be leaving another negative review in a min after I verify this horribly unprofessional person. Sad. BofA. Sad!!! Hiring people as shameful as this!
