Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Carlsbad Village Dr, Carlsbad

I am trying to call the branch location to speak with someone about a mortgage. They will not answer the phone and just keep referring you back to the website. I just want to speak with a human about refinancing or purchasing a new home. I guess I will not be doing that with Bank of America.

Poor customer service from the branch manager. She was actually rude and short with me. I will never open an account here or any BoA.

Bank of america tells me that there has been unusual activity on my account so they put a hold on everything including my auto pay for bills. The unusual activity I went to a local casino for a night for some fun and padre game the next night. And it was on the weekend when I notice my card was frozen the bank was closed I called the number the atm machine gave and the fraud department said I had to go into the bank. To top it off Monday was a bank holiday so I couldn't access my money for 2.5 days. What a joke all because their stupid algorithm they use suggested fraud. I was so Pissed I couldn't access my money. I am done with bofa this isn't the first time I have had problems with them and if I stayed I'm sure it wouldn't have been the last. I'm switching to a local credit union I think who cares I'm just done with bofa. Also I have had 2 friends switch from bofa as well in the past year cause of similar problems. So if u chose bofa expect a time to come up when u won't be able to access your money

How stupid that a BANK doesn’t accept cash transactions from non members! I couldn’t pay my rent had to spend more money to get a cashiers check! Absolutely hate bofa! I will cancel my credit card and advise all who bank here to go to SDCCU where they take cash!

Tried to get me to leave without getting what I came for taken care of because it was 20 minutes before closing and lady wanted to make sure no one held her up. Very unprofessional. Instead of helping out cuz they want to they make it difficult to do business here.

I had to get urgent legal documents signed by the notary twice in the past month and they cancelled my appointments last minute both times and refused to compensate for the cost to go to a different notary. Not to mention the amount of time and money wasted taking off work to do this. I don't recommend ever going to this branch

What a JOKE. This bank shuts my card off due to fraud and says nothing. For two months my online transactions fail randomly. I finally call them to ask why and they said the card was flagged for fraud two months ago. They give me a list of transactions to go through and we finally find a forty cent fraud charge so they completely terminate the card. That was almost 4 months ago. For these four months I have been using 30 day temp business cards that takes a solid 2-3 hour wait in the lobby. So today I'm actually being forced to switch banks, because they cannot do a simple little card replacement. Thank you Bank of America for wasting hours of my life and showing me that it is worth the extra effort to find a bank that doesn't suck.

Line of 7 people. Three bankers not doing anything behind the glass. Finally Jennifer the manager comes to help .... opens a window and I go to cash a $9.01 refund check and she tells me there is an $8.00 fee. I asked if she can waive it based on the check being $9.01. She said no. I spent over 33 mins in line for that. Horrible service. Horrible manager.

I don't recommend to open an account at BofA if you write a check to person with big account they send you first to see a person in the desk to verify the check then they cashed but you have to lose over an hour to do that

Don’t use the ATM here if you aren’t a member! This place asks if you accept a $3 charge, BUT they charge an additional $2 after that $3 charge - totaling $5 for an ATM withdrawal! Talk about fraud!!!!
