Not so good service. A Cash deposit that just “does not show up” after 5 days. No help found, other than: “You need to file a claim with fraud”. In the meantime, I don’t have access to the money I gave to the bank, to deposit in my account!!!!. Still waiting ….

Broken banking items and location is not looking to fix any time soon, they even suggest you go elsewhere. If you need more than an ATM do not go here!

Every time I walk in here the lines are long and there is no help. BOA is garbage!

I was just cashing a check from a friend (I don't have an account there). They were fairly quick, not too crowded, and my teller was friendly and professional. A pretty good bank experience.

    Response from the owner

Hi Steve. We're happy to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thank you for the review and choosing Bank of America. ^ines

on my first visit I was well attended, but I can't say the same on the second! I spent hours waiting for service, the attendant entered the room twice and totally ignored my existence in the room. there weren't many people at the bank to justify the delay in service, I was really ignored.

Disappointed in staff brought to bear to deal with crowds especially during the pandemic. Recent experience is that every parking spot was full, and there were 30+ people in the lobby, waiting. I asked about the drive thrus being closed, and they said they a hadn't been manned since the pandemic. This doesn't leave a very secure feeling, when they have so many people crammed into a small waiting area, and clearly a very long wait time. Mind you, this was a Thursday at 10:30am, so hardly one of the normal peak times. I might have expected this at 4pm on a Friday, or 9am on a Monday.

I wish I could give zero stars! This is why I don't bank here! My husband does though. He went in on a Saturday just to make a withdrawal. He was in line for about 30 min. Get it together people! You need to make sure you have enough people working to provide better customer service! Definitely not the way I wanted to start my Saturday morning. Go elsewhere!

Literally the worst BofA branch I've ever been to. Long waits and slow service no matter what you go in for. Standing in line right now watching 2 tellers chit chat while there's 1 teller helping customers and the line is almost to the door. If there was another branch within 10 miles, I'd never come back here.

    Response from the owner

The staff is fairly friendly but the place is disorganized and do not prepare or even know what is possible despite having an appointment. I drove nearly half hour to this BoA and had an appointment only to find out they couldn’t provide the service at this branch after all despite booking a specific appointment.

The teller that helped me was wonderful. She did a great job helping me and having a conversation with me while we waited 5 minutes or so for the override. She was very pleasant. The supervisor that gave the teller the override for my transaction was not helpful. I believe her name was Leya or something like that. The PIN number for my new business card hasn’t been working. You can’t change your PIN online anymore and to get an appointment at a BOA near my house has a 2 week wait. Calling over the phone doesn’t work either. All they can do is mail the same broken PIN. So I asked Leya for assistance and she told me I had to make an appointment for the next day or wait. Well that branch is not near my home so coming back wasn’t an option and I had a meeting. I was in the area and decided to go in to take care of all the transactions I needed at once. To change a PIN number takes less than a minute. I used to work for BOA I did it all the time. But this lady refused to quickly help me after 2 weeks of trying to solve this issue. I hardly have a free moment to myself trying to start a new business and my banking shouldn’t be a hassle. So I’ll be looking for a new bank now. BOA just lost a 20+ year client. This treatment of clients is one of the many reasons I left BOA as an employee and now as a customer.

Yesterday, my friend and I visited this branch to open a new account. Though it was very busy, we got seen fairly quickly. The attendants were very pleasant. Rodrigo had an excellent personality. He clarified all the details, answered all questions, and served the moment well - professional and proficient.

    Response from the owner

Hi Samantha. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Rodrigo was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^ines

I will no longer go here because going inside and waiting is worse than waiting in line at the DMV, and then I get consistently below average customer service when I finally get to the counter teller. I used to go through the drive through when I went to this bank, but they closed it a month ago. Because of that, I have to go inside when I go to this branch. But no more. I will NEVER go to this branch again because they are so slow and their service is below par. Some advice: Hire more people and re-open your drive through so you can serve your customers better.

This branch is getting rid of their drive thru as well. I went inside to see how long it would take and I was waiting in line for over half an hour. They only had one teller working the inside counter. I have been to several other branches with no drive thru and the wait times are horrible at those as well. I am forced to use this bank for my company but I am strongly considering closing my personal account and moving elsewhere. They are trying to replace people with machines (ATMs) and their service suffers for it. Very disappointed in Bank of America. Like many companies, they continue to place profits above customer service. Pity.
