Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Powerville Rd, Boonton

Write a review I noticed there are already two negative reviews of this Bank, I would like to add mine. You get nothing but hassle when you go there. The tellers call you by first name - big deal - but the management is extremely uncooperative. I even had a hard time getting into my safe deposit box today. For 8 years we were charged for a safe deposit box which we had closed in 2007, it was empty. But the keys could not be found, also a signature was missing on a card, so we were told no refund of the $360 was possible; very shabby behavior towards retired long time customers Dudy Schindler

Will this branch ever open again??? Update: Not only is the branch still not open, but the drive through and inside ATM machines are out of order when I tried to get money out on 8/16/21. Management - either reopen already or let another local business take this location. It's a non-functioning eyesore.

I walked in to cash a check without an account, and was bombarded with questions by 4 people about why, where i bank, why i was so far from home and so on. Very rude people when i wasnt receptive to their approach

ATM charged my account for a withdrawal, but due to the poor maintenance of the ATM, the door would not open to give me my cash. My account was charged for the withdrawal, BOA had my money, the phone number on the ATM did not connect me to someone to help like it said it would, and thanks to a bank holiday, I'm unable to pay a bill I needed to pay for several days. Banks need to be proactive, not reactive. Use a credit union and save money and aggravation. This bank is the worst.

I went in to deposit a check into my new small business account. Greg Youell met me on arrival and took personal care of my needs. Great experience with my new bank.
