Would love to give this place a better review but their hours are absolutely crap… every single bank within a mile is open 1-2 hours before and after this bank… which sucks since I don’t use any of them.

    Response from the owner

We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients, however some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. Also, when new information is available regarding openings and hours, the website will be updated.

This branch routinely under performs. The hierarchy always seems to be hands off, unfriendly and indifferent. There are a few tellers that are OK but the general vibe of the bank is incompetent and unfriendly. Now the bank has been shattered and I am unable to access my safe deposit box. The one 800 number posted was incorrect. As soon as I am able to access my safe deposit box I will be moving my business, which has been in existence for 20 years with this bank elsewhere.

I was having lots of trouble attempting to close a BofA credit card account for someone for whom I'm a POA. Without the help of Jennifer B., Financial Center Manager II, I don't think it would have ever occured and that was after well over a month of working on it on multiple occasions and considerable consistent follow up on her part. I've had great experience with personnel at this branch as well as the branch in Anthem, AZ. I will be very happy to continue to work with the local BofA branch personnel, but I will never have a BofA credit card given my experience with their online credit card "customer service" personnel and the run-around I received from multiple contacts with them.

If you are starting a small business - look elsewhere. The BofA online business portal that you will end up using to manage your business is absolutely dreadful. The credit cards and corporate account portal is very difficult to understand, and when you go to make payments there's no obvious links back to what is owed. It's almost like BofA has made their site confusing so that you will make the wrong payment and then they can collect fees and interest.

Jamie and Martha were very helpful, ask for them when you go to that branch. Excellent costumer service, kind, and very friendly.

"I smell fish!".. Being able to "see beyond the spectrum" is a way of letting Robin(Bank Teller) know that the level of awareness is heightened through experience and taking affirmative action means to call it in, work with Internal, and always include your Bank Supervisor.. Bank-Captain Robert Brooks to be specific! When I say that "I SMELL FISH, CAUSE IT'S HAPPENED BEFORE!" it's because luring the BPO to side of the bank and away from the entrance is a sure way to get stabbed. Now it could just be an honest customer just being helpful or it could be two HMA ignoring me before entering just to comeback a 2nd time so that the passenger gets off and goes to the side of the bank while expecting me to follow. If I follow then I got lured to the side where my back would be turned to the driver. "I'm here to prevent life threatening situations" is what I had let Bofa Manager Porcha know and finding out the hard way might mean life or death. Reports back at BOA Corporate Site:Tempe 3/14 and being a BPO in Las Vegas, NV is something I had learned from FBI Arms Instructor Earl "The Sarge" Costello,Bank Captain-John Simo,Tim Wells, Mike Clark and Karen Costillo. -CABLE(LV2PHX)

Good people, handle all my banking needs. Only frustration is when Kroger and BofA decided to hate each other so they made it impossible to get from one parking lot to another - this is after the BofA being inside the Frys/Smith's/Smitty's here for like 20 years.

Stupid out dated system at of b of a. You go in to get simple thing change but you have to see a banker. I was told 9:30 they had appointment with someone who was coming in. It was 9:25 when I walked in. They would not help for 2 min thing I needed. I had to wait 45 min till the appointment was done. Never coming back and closed my account.

My car is currently in the shop for repairs, I was having trouble deposting a check on the mobile app. Spent thirty dollars driving there, for what could be explained over a simple phone call.
