Over drawing your account. Had to make complaints serverly times manager protected the wrong . Didn't send card on time didn't have access to my account round around unlike draw drew all my money out. Theirs times the helped with disputes . I just were charge 50.00 for copy's. $5 a sheet library 20 cent a page my money were put back over drawn my account charge me and knew 50 wasn't on that card after calling and complaining it were reversed back into my count been with them about 30 years back in the 90s when opening this account had lots of same problems and still having problems needs customers service improvement for customers and working professional at all times theirs inside job in customers account money missing tracing pin no ATM stores and waiting long time to turn your money not cool when u have other things to pay and money lock u need food can't get to your money. Retrain for customer service and working professional the ones with complaints.

Bank of America has the worst service of any other bank in existence. They don't even answer the phone. Why anyone would do business with this institution is beyond me. You're better off keeping money in your mattress. If I could give no stars, I would.

This bank is run very very poorly. I was quickly brushed to the side with little instructions on how to deposit several money orders. There were barely any workers and the overall atmosphere was horrendous. I don't plan on returning to this location ever again.

I knew I should have looked at the reviews before I stopped here to cash my check. Wouldn’t even cash my check and told me to wait 15-20min ONLY this location. I’ve been to other Bank of America and had no problems. Won’t be stopping here again

Stopped in the cash $150 check they said it would be 30 minutes before someone could sit down and review it this place is a joke will never go back

If I could give -0 I do two hours waiting in a office of a lady that she doesn’t have any computer working but she has time to talk with her friend while we waiting outside omg two hours just a simple thing and that we have an appointment scheduled one week before awful

I tried confirming my appointment with this branch. I had previously come in last year in order to close out my safety deposit box as we had moved to another state. Although there were service people available, I was asked to wait as I had not been aware that I needed an appointment. I explained that I had traveled from another state. After sitting for over 2 hours... observing that the staff were free, speaking with each other, and with no one waiting., I asked if I could quickly speak to someone as I had all my documents in order. I was instructed to continue to wait and maybe they would see me in another 2 hours.I had been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I wfinally left and now I have not been able to confirm my appointment with a real person for this year to close out an empty safety deposit box

Horrible customer service they just don’t care the bank itself is good but in general is good but location is bad customer service I just opened new account here big mistake was told different things approached manager about this was worst

Been coming for years off and on and refuse to open accout here because can't stand the bank nothing but problems getting checks cashed now 45 minutes to cash a payroll check have to verify before cashing now don't have all day to wait

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The teller seemed to be bothered that I wasn't a Bank of America customer and was making a deposit for someone else and she also refused to provide me with a routing number which, if you didn't know, can be found online. The manager was condescending and seemed as though she was being inconvenienced to assist anyone. Even after she (reluctantly) helped me with my request, she made an snide, underhanded comment as I walked away. If I never set foot in this branch again, I'll be happy. Thank you for reminding me why I am NOT a Bank of America customer. If I could post zero stars, I would.
