    Horrible customer service. From the manager to the assistant manager, all the way down to the teller. I went in with my mom to cash a check in her name, because she doesn’t have a bank account active. They told me she could endorse the check to me to be cashed once it cleared. They put a hold on the check the following day, even though the money had been cleared by the issuing bank. I went back to the bank the very next day at 9am right when they opened and the same manager that told me my mom could endorse the check to me said it was her mistake and I could not cash it given it was made out to her and not me. It was if she was waiting for me to arrive. I asked them to return the check so I could cash it elsewhere. She stated they had sent the check off. Sent it off where? Was my my next questions, she then gestured for a black assistant manager to come and try to elaborate further as if I wasn’t understanding what she was already telling me. By the way I am a black man. I felt discriminated against because I was coming into a bank to cash a large check. They told me they couldn’t return my check and that I would have to wait 7-10 business days before another check was re issued and sent to my home address. I called customer service and told them the issue, they stopped the processing of the check and expedited another over night. The worst bank branch to go to. Had I not been banking with BOA for so long I would’ve withdrew my funds from my account with them and went across the street to chase bank, all because of their horrible customer service there. If you’re black don’t go to this place, they don’t won’t treat you fair. Horrible experience here once again. They delayed a week of my business with their poor behavior.

    This bank need some training. Even cannot set up pin successfully. They said they can do nothing about it. They can only send one link one time per day. What kind of weird rule is that?!

    I do not understand why this center has lower reviews. I'm a long-time customer of over 20 years. The ladies here are truly caring of their customers not clients but actual customers and build relationships with each and every one of them. I had had a traumatic event happened to me we're almost lost my life and when I came back I got some of the biggest hugs With Tears in their eyes that showed me these people truly care about me. Yes some of the hours may have gotten shorter is that their fault no. Customer service is way Beyond satisfactory .I love the people that work at this Bank

    There’s a reason why this branch has so few good reviews. My brother wrote a check to my mother and they refused to cash it because it was “over their policy limit”. This sounded made up so I called corporate and they confirmed. Do business elsewhere, highly recommended.

    I am thankful for this Bank Of America location, since the closing of the Brookside office. The care and respect that the manager, Bekah, showed my elder is amazing! People don't realize how the elderly are targets of scams, and often do not use electronic devices to monitor their accounts. Bank of America has shown me that they truly care about their older customers.

    I've been a BOA customer for 25 years. Used to patronize the Brookside branch but it's closed. This one is a little farther away for me, but I'm happy to come over here because they are much friendlier and have always helped me with any of my needs. At the moment, with COVID, it's difficult to find rolled quarters which I need to get my laundry done at my apartment complex. I can get them here! The only reason I'm not giving BOA 5 stars is their lack of telephone customer service. That's BOA, not this branch per se. It would be nice to speak directly with someone by phone at this bank, but seems it can't be done.

    Went to this bank, dealt who with Mary who counted my change for deposit, which I know can be frustrating- no issues, she did a good job. Today I dealt with Bekah, who was too lazy to count my change and made me count $500 worth of change and put it in a roll. ITS NOT MY JOB. If a bank can count bills, they must count the change as well. You are wasting a customer's time by having them do something you're getting paid for. And I know this is not policy because Mary did count my change and didn't ask me to put the coins in a roll It's frustrating when you're only job is customer service and you're too lazy to do it. Awful! Don't open an account here especially if you want customer service

    Deposited a check at the counter for a large amount, and was berated by the extremely loud clerk wanting to know "how long will the funds be in your account" and "what are you doing with it, anything fun?" When I finally admitted to buying a house, (instead of saying what I wanted to) the agressive sales pitch, (to try and get me to use their mortgage services) ALSO at an extremely high volume, even yelling at me as I walked towards the door, was the most embarrassing, unprofessional conduct I've ever witnessed by an employee at a financial institution. Niether I, nor my family, will ever step foot inside this location again. Thanks for letting all 13 people inside the branch know my business. I'm actually angry.

    I kid you not, a lady in the line out the door today, politely asked if they could open a second teller lane to a older male associate. He proceeded to belittle her and tell her “what you see is what you get” then ignored her and stormed off to his later corner office.
