    I came into this location today ( 06/09/2022) to cash a check. Reason 1 being because the check was drawn on a BOA account, Reason 2 being because it is closer in proximity to me than my bank, Navy Fed. Nancy was the teller that was available. I explained to her the reason I was there, I told her I did not have an account. She asked who I banked with, I told her Navy Federal. She took the check, ran it through and said "It's not reading the numbers. If it can't read the numbers, I can't negotiate it. You'll have to do it through mobile deposit at Navy Federal." I then left and went to the West Florida location, where Mark not only took the check, ran it through the reader with no problem he also input the routing and account number at the bottom of the check. The dishonesty in Nancy's customer service is appalling and it gives your specific (clearly from the review ratings) banking facility a bad reputation beyond what this banking organization repeatedly tries to recover from. She either didn't want to cash it because I do not bank with BOA or because of my appearance. I'm going to go with the first theory. A phone call could have been placed to Ball Kia to verify the check. I would not have had a problem with that! Further more, I am not a dependent of anyone who served...I SERVED, which aids me to take advantage of the benefits that Navy Federal has. If the check was not legible through a reader, why would it be legible through mobile deposit? Not only will I forward this complaint to Holly O'Neill, my husband who was contacted by Ashley Torres for a business banking account, will be taking his business elsewhere AND my mother who was highly considering opening a business account with BOA will be taking her business ELSEWHERE! Customer service partnered with integrity is lacking! If you are going to respond with that blanket statement "Please contact us", without TRULY wanting to resolve this issue...DON'T!! Direct that time and energy to screening your applicants or retraining your employees on honesty and the value of each customer that walks through your doors!!!

    Needs more effort from employees no one wants to spend 30mins in a bank especially being only one person in line to be helped by a teller.

    Came to cash a check issued by them-Bank of America and they charge me a fee Couse I have no account with them🥹🥹🥹

    I personally have had no issues with the service at this location. I expect to wait a while, everywhere I go, these days. The fact that there is no restroom available to the public (probably because of the pandemic) or 'refreshments' only says to me that Bank of America is not a coffee shop, it's a bank.. Besides, if you're treated rudely here, just know that there are rude people everywhere these days, so grow a thicker skin and get over it..

    I came 10 mins from the cut off time and I wanted was a Direct Deposit Form and the Manager couldn’t help a Preferred Client from BofA. Thanks for Nothing!! Filed a complaint towards the manager.

    Every month I come here to withdraw my money and everytime they have 40 people in line doing the same with one or two bankers at the windows. I spent 2 hours in line because they only had one person. I hate going here.

    Came with a check to cash. The teller instead tried talking me into opening an account. He refused to cash my check, so i asked for the manager. The manager also tried talking me into opening an account but refused to cash my check. I was told the branch has a daily limit on checks they can cash. That they could not cash the check because the amount was over their daily limit. Upon calling corporate i found out that they are both liars. Bank here if you like to be lied to by nosey scrutinizing and judgemental bankers. Personally i do not see how they are employed at a national bank

    Horrible service. The supervisor, Karen, was very rude to me. I believe she might be a racist. There was no need for her nasty attitude because of a GOOD check I wanted to deposit. I have more than enough funds in my account to cover the check. Also, there are often long lines and not enough teller windows open. Many employees are just sitting at their desks with no customers while 2 -3 windows are open and the line wraps around. This bank and its staff needs major improvements!

    Terrible terrible service.. Iv been to other bank of americas that present outstanding customer service and knew very well how to do their job, I arrived without ID or a debt card and they refused to help me... I stopped by another BOA in town and they gladly helped me when I told them all my info and had a confirmation text sent to me, why can't this boa do that exactly that?? Are they not being taught how to thoroughly do their job? This is outrageous I shouldn't have to be mislead by those in charge of MY MONEY!!

    Another boa location that doesn't answer phones , its absolutely impossible to get anyone at any boa location to answer the phone . Edit : quit replying back to ppl telling them to contact you on social media , the post was about you refusing to answer the phones and you reply with gO oNLiNe 🤪🤪. You literally just proved my point . Not everyone lives on social media and i dont even have Twitter moron
