Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Lake Arbor Way, Mitchellville

If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s one thing to have a parking issue and then to have your drive through window and ATM services down at the same time, but to have the manager stand in the middle of the lobby while there’s a line of people out the door with just two tellers is ridiculous. There was only one other member services Individual in the cubicles, but guess what, there was no one waiting for those services. The manager never offered to help the two tellers, didn’t ask the people waiting in line if he could do anything for them. Nothing. Great job Bank of America.

Never parking. Should tell employees to park elsewhere. I am about the only customer here and there was one spot left. And there are never more than two tellers even on busy days. Glad I just come here for company stuff and not personal reasons.

Not only does this location have terrible parking.....but there's only 1 teller on Wednesdays. The wait is absolutely ridiculous.

The service is really bad and last time the I was in this place a guy came in with a weapon in his jeans and I did tell the security lady and she didn’t do anything. I still have does picture from the guy.

Staff is helpful. Parking is horrible. Their atm outside is down more than any I have ever seen.

Well, I’m a Bank of America customer since it was called Nations Bank and I find the wait times totally unacceptable. The staff is super friendly, but no one should be subjected to an hour wait just to send out a wire. I’m not sure why this location is under staffed and I’m not sure why BOA at this location hasn’t corrected the problem. I’m also not sure why other locations, customers can walk in and out... I considering opening business and personal accounts somewhere else due to the fact that I don’t have the time to wait a couple hours a week!!!

The people who work here were extremely rude to me. They gave me a hard time cashing a check. Ultimately I had to go to the Greenbelt branch to get it cashed. They Acting as though I stole someones money. Just an awful experience. Ghetto, rude and the branch manager was the worst one! They would get zero stars if it were up to me!

None of the ATMs function at this location. All they tell you is they know, “I know.” A better customer Service response would be “our apologies for the inconvenience,” but manners and good customer Service weren’t a part of training.

No parking. Came in with an appointment, there was no sign in, 5 people waiting, and no one acknowledged me or anyone. Left after a 20 minute wait.

There is no parking space as thé few spots are often full The parking is is just horrible.
