Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Maple Rd, West Bloomfield Township

I really don't understand how this bank gets such bad reviews. Rita (an associate at the bank) helped us and was extremely professional and friendly. We got interrupted twice by customers that were walking in expecting to get served right away with no appointment. But from our point of view, we made an appointment, got helped, and I would definitely recommend this branch to others!

Worst experience with this Branch. Went in to do a wire transfer for my house down payment, they told me servers were down and promised me that they will call back within couple of hours to let me know the status. No one called back, we tried calling a few times and no one answered. Finally had to rush to another branch to get things done. I hope BoA will take some notice and do something to improve customer experience for this branch.

This branch was the best branch until the appointment of this new Manager and some other new staff. I went to branch to get some cash but the Teller at the bank refused to cash, she said you will get cash but on Tuesday and that was the Friday when I was at the bank. I requested her I am traveling overseas tomorrow on Saturday and I urgently needed but she has same response. The manager of the Bank interferes and her attitude was even the worst than the previous person. Manager attitude was so bad I end up out of the bank without cash. Poor service with this new staff. I might never go back to this branch. Rating 0000

The employees at this branch are nice but I try to avoid going here as much as possible. They are always beyond short staffed. Everytime I go through drive-thru for a simple single deposit I have to wait very long- sometimes 15 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

excellent service friendly staff need to understand if every customer walks in in a hurry and needs a teller to serve him that will be added to your banking cost of transactions they giving us damn near every service free of charge we should appreciate the fact that they are in every few close miles to where we live and work why not complain at the long lines of j Alexander and PF Chang and red coat to eat a meal 10 times higher in price of a normal Resturant I love this bank and the service and the staff totally pros

My father who is 92 goes into your branch with cash, my account number & routing number to put in my account and you refused to do it. You’re a bank and you don’t accept cash? You wouldn’t even help an elderly person. Shame on you! I’ve been with you 28 years and now you’ve open my eyes to your customer service. I will be switching banks real soon!

Been going here for years, for all my banking needs. Love all the employees. Have helped me open new accounts before with very clear answers and helpful information. This is my go to bank. And I've never had ANY problems with the outside ATM. I see some complaints about how long the drive thru is. That's like saying Chick-fil-A is terrible because it theres a long line. It all depends on who is infront of you and what they are doing. Can't lowball the bank, because some people take longer than others. I was surprised there arent more 5 star reviews. Then again, more complainers review. Stop the hate, appreciate this great bank!

The customer service rep was slow processing a simple SD transaction (she did not know how to type). The manager made excuses and expressed no gratitude whatsoever for our business and instead made us feel like BofA was doing us a favor. Avoid this branch, if not the entire company.

Worst Bank ever. Filed a dispute and after being told all my information was complete and that they would accept what I had. They came back 30 days later only to reject it due to that information. Do not do business with them if you're looking for someone to have your back.

Service is terrible I feel bad for the cashier because she is by herself with a long line. And the manager told us she was gonna help us but then she went to go help somebody else.
