Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Resort Rd, Ellicott City

Staff were very accommodating. We need to notarize our documents and Philip Hoyos has been very helpful. No issues with drive thru ATM. Plenty of parking and adjacent to my favorite Asian restaurant.

I have been with Bank of America since 2012. Jumping through their hoops to make sure the maintenance fee is waived and they still charged me. I went in to personally talk to Mrs. Chopra directly to get this handled. I met all of the requirements to have the fee waived and she assured me that I wouldn't be charged that maintenance fee again. I checked my statement the next month and I'm still being charged a fee. I can't wait to close this account for good.

No one really at the front to greet people. But I usually just use the ATM, so I'm in and out really quick. I don't know, I get the feeling the people behind counter are eyeing everyone when they come in. I always feel nervous and that I'm going to stopped for something. I mean I like Bank of America, but I get weird vibes here. It might be haunted and that's why I feel so paranoid every time I step in here.

Half the ATMs indicated out of service. Of those available the first one accepted my card and my request for cash but then never provided cash. Yet despite this error there was no acknowledgment by the machine that it had failed. Then noticed that my account was charged for the withdrawal. Went into the bank to resolve the issue and was told I had to go online and I could dispute the transaction. I suppose I will eventually succeed in getting the transaction error corrected but the I can't help but be amazed and disappointed at the low quality of systems at this branch.

The employe discriminates Asian people. I went to BOA today and wanted bank statement for recent three months. The employe in the front desk said she cannot give me three months, maybe I should wait for her manager. Ok, it is fine, I waited for 20 minutes, almost they need to close. No one ask if you need help or not even if they are free. And one customer asked the female employe if she (pointing at me) was waiting in the line. The female answered yes she was, but I wanted to know what problem you have. Then just left behind. Oh my God. This is the first time I suffer from it.

Staff at this branch are always professional and courteous. I sincerely appreciate their prompt service.
