Would rate it 0.5 but no option. Close branches shorten hours understaffed what is good to say. Maybe they are looking to sell and cutting costs custo.er be dammed. My law firm accounts and my personal accounts do not need this lack of service. People are pleasant. Upper management you may co sider even fewer branches but at least make those good!

I have no idea how this place is rated so low but if you go to this branch MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR LUKE!!! Never has a banker been so unbelievably thorough. He won’t sign you up for random cards or give you an overload of information but will take the time to make sure you understand everything and will give his honest opinion. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge compared to so many other bankers I’ve been with and if you’re unsure about a financial issue you are having or just need help understanding something else, just make an appointment with Luke! You won’t be disappointed. Really can’t say enough good things about him, thank you again!

    Response from the owner

Thanks for letting us know how helpful Luke was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well.

7/15/2021 @ 3:30pm 1 teller, additional staff behind the counter not attending to customers and 7 customers waiting in line. The staff not working the desk keeping peeking around the corner and not assisting the customers waiting in line. As the first person in line, I waited nearly 30 minutes. Hopefully the other customers got out before the branch closed at 4pm. If someone from Bank of America reaches out, I collected photos.

    Response from the owner

I don't typically have the need to actually go into a bank branch, but I was going to get the cashier's check for the down payment on our house, and it was my first time getting a cashier's check so I didn't really know what I needed to do. Both of the ladies working that day were so nice, nicer than they needed to be. They were helpful, and thorough, and even congratulatory, acknowledging what a big deal it was that this was our first time buying a house and walking me through the process of getting a cashier's check. I see reviews saying that this branch is "slow," and I think this is because with everything being automated these days, people must've forgotten that things simply take time to do when you go into the bank and actual humans, not computers, are doing the transaction for you. I remember every transaction taking a while back in the day, everything took that long simply because humans are not computers. When I was getting the cashier's check, I was watching how many steps my teller had to take to do it - it was surprisingly involved, and took about 10 minutes just for my transaction alone. Maybe other people in line in front of you have more complicated transactions than you do. There's nothing wrong with this branch or the lovely people working at it, there is simply something wrong with our ability to be patient and kind.

I had an excellent experience today with Tracy and the entire staff. Tracy was very pleasant and professional, and was especially determined to assist me in rectifying a major mistake that a nearby branch had made on a cashiers check. Even though it was clearly a very busy day for them today, everyone there made sure I was taken care of. While I was waiting, they constantly checked on me, and I also sat back and watched as they warmly greeted and eagerly helped other customers. I read the other reviews, but I can assure you that they will take excellent care of you at this branch. Thank you, Tracy and team for your outstanding service today!! I drove an hour and half- so worth it!

Worst service ever received at a Bank of America. I love Bank of America but service at this location is the worst. What is going on with customer service these days it is horrible! I needed a temporary bank card but couldn't accommodate me. The card seems to wore out easy and needed replacement already. First I tried calling before I went but was not open until 10 am. Then I decided to go personally and started off with a person that was not willing to help me then I waited a while and someone came to me just to tell me that they had someone with an appointment coming in that was still not there and that I had to wait. I heard how another person was being treated there and everything seemed like was an issue like they are not willing to help solve your issues so I am stepping up and letting you know that customer service at this location is just hassle for them and are obvious about it. I am not coming back there anymore. Not as long as the same people work there.

The WORST bank I have ever dealt with. If you are a small business DO NOT bank here. They will hold checks from long time customers for ever. 10 days, they have held my checks for as long as 22 days before. And will do NOTHING to help other than offer their condolences. I'm done. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt for so long, but I'm absolutely done with them. FINISHED. Taking my business (and MY money, NOT yours, BoFA) elsewhere.

Why do I need to show My Own ID for cash deposit for my work. It is not my money I am depositing. 5/3rd doesn't make me, why should you. And seriously, 2 in thick glass, and a little box I have to put my deposit in. Ridiculous. Hate banking here but work makes me
