Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Bryant Ave, Edmond

Surprised to see many negative reviews. I’ve been going to this bank for almost 10 years and never had a bad experience. Maybe lucky that the days I visit, things went well. Just visited today again to get some paperwork notarized and things went well. In and out in 10-15 minutes. Staff were friendly too.

I went to this branch today. There were two tellers, I walked to the male teller, and was told to wait a few minutes, then he left the counter. So I waited for over 10 minutes, the guy never came back. I left the bank, will go to another location.

As an account holder for several years, I deposited 2 cashiers checks from Quail Creek Bank and they were put on a 10 day hold. This is 2022, why would they hold money that long ? The money will not be available till 7-8-22 and was deposited on 6-28-22. This is causing me great hardship. I will never recommend Bank of America.

A great place to wast your time, I waited for half an hour and then the employees asked me to go home and bring my passport to get what i asked for done. After I brought my passport they told me they can't fix it and I will have to call the online banking. They really have no idea of what their job is or what they are doing, they are need for training.

Customer Service still lives at BofA. Banker Jenifer spent a LOT of time helping me understand and verify a charge on my VISA card. Her diligence finally got the right person with the correct answer. Thanks, Jenifer

There ATM machine sucked. Didn’t show the right amount of my money I deposited even after posted. Had make you call customer services. They said have to do investigation and can take 90 days. I should have right to use my money. Making me think about legal process.

Not about this specific branch. This bank is absolutely terrible. They froze a check that was deposited a month ago and still haven’t released it. Then froze an account due to “suspicious activity” for out of state charges 5 days after I got back from being out of state. I would trust the bum on the corner with my money more then them.

I didn't know that there was a Bank of America in this location it was very convenient fast the ATM drive-thru was available

The tellers have horrible service, one stared at me while on the phone and the other just had no sense of urgency or good service. Bank of America is a great Bank in which they specialize in great community service that executes consistency. I can't say the experience was the best. The staff should definitely be reevaluated in performance, and get the right people with the right attitude to meet the company's standards. It's so easy to get caught up in tasking, however the customer should always be given great service at all times. Hope this branch gets back on track. Good luck.

The people who work here are incredibly efficient and kind, anyone complaining about the wait time is entitled and inconsiderate. Places of service get busy, the people working here are doing their best. One of the managers came up to everyone individually to ask them what they needed to do and directed the line to reduce wait time, the people at the front were quick and had wonderful customer service, the security guard even offered people water and opened the door for people as they came in and left.
