Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Union Ave, Brielle

Horrible staff , horrible customer service! The bald , hispanic looking guy was extremely rude. I went to this location to open a business account for my newly established business. I had all the necessary documents from IRS in my email, as soon as i walked in i told them that, and i asked if its ok to send my documents to their email and if they can print out for me. The banker i was talking to said he is not sure about it, and i told him that other location said its ok to do so, and the only reason i did not do in the other location is bcs they did not have available time slots for that day, so i went to this location. Long story short, as soon as the baker talked to bald banker he responded with nasty attitude that he doesnt care what other locations do , he will not allow me to print anything there. And i told him that he was nasty to me , then he said that he was not. I told him not even knowing my reasons you are giving nasty attitude then as i was arguing with him, the other banker came and decided to help me, but the bald guy already made it clear that its not a place to bring your business. Strongly suggest bank of America to consider getting rid of this kind of personal since they are making sure BoA customers are taking their business to other banks!

Horrid! Needed insurance papers notarized. Blonde woman was extremely rude declined to do so because I’m not a current customer. I’ve been in this town my entire life, worked in customer service, and not to mention I appreciate humanity. Way to never earn me as a customer! Go to UPS in town to get notarized papers!

I stopped during business hours and the bank was closed without explanation. Horrible.

This location is wonderful - ask for Anne and she will take care of whatever you need.

I wouldn't even put one star but it wouldn't allow me to post. First time there to cash my minor son checks into my account (which I do every Saturday) but my branch was having issues with system. Came here and the manager (young male with beard) was the rudest, nastiest, arrogant manager I came across in all my years of banking. Very unprofessional. I will never go back!!!

My wife went to retrieve her disability money from the Bank Of America Card issued by the State of New Jersey. The very unfriendly and arrogant teller told her that they don't follow state policy and furthermore they don't have money on hand for people who do not have an account there. When she asked to see the manager she was told it would be a very long wait. Brian G Holly

It has all changed -the place is sterile and employees are stone cold. no dog treats no lollipops and nobody knows your name anymore .
