Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Memorial Blvd, Springfield

I don't know what had happened to this branch. At one time it was the best of the best. Now we are lucky if they are even open for business. Needs some help. Not sure if it is understaffed or what. One arm at the bank and 2 in the big lots parking lots down the road. Hardly ever work or have to wait forever in massive lines. No drive up windows. I am not allowed to deposit money into my own families account because I don't have an account there... Not withdrawl but DEPOSIT. Really hope it gets better.

We would change banks if it wasn't so inconvenient. Tried several times to get wife's debit card. Impossible... we gave up. Drive thru closed for customer convenience. That came from bank manager. If they are interested in customers opinions.... then pay attention. Now hours are so short... you can't get there if you work. No evening or Saturday hours.

Horrible customer service. We walked in to no assistance. There were so many representatives in the bank but no one there to help us. Customers walked in after us and was assisted before us. I spoke highly of Bank of America when it came customer service but no. Had I seen the reviews before going in I wouldn't have even wasted 20 minutes of my time. I'll consider banking with someone else.

4 visits to get a name changed on account. You have to make an appointment, wait 15-20 minutes in the soviet bread line for the one teller to check you in, then wait 45 minutes in their waiting area for someone to get to you. Good if you handle absolutely everything online, terrible if you actually have to deal with a live person. Would reccommend using another bank.

Small branch with plenty of drive thru ATMs. Employees here are very friendly and eager to assist with banking needs.

I don’t recommend using Bank of America because I had just got paid and went to deposit cash into the bank and a few hours later my account got froze so I went in the next day to try and resolve the issue and they didn’t know anything so they gave me a number to call was on hold for what felt like forever and when I got through I kept getting transferred over and over and when I finally got an answer the told me it was froze because I put money in the bank and that they were closing my account and I couldn’t get my money back that it my money would be sent to me by check within a month or so but never gave me a reason why

The branch has all new employees, with very little personality. They closed the drive through windows. If you’re able to walk inside, there is usually a long line because only one teller is working. My mother isn’t able to walk well, and always used the drive up window, at least once if not twice a week.

After switching from my previous bank of 15 years due to work transfer it’s been nothing but issues. They put 10 day holds on every check deposited and even put a hold on cash deposited. Do not waste your time, go elsewhere for banking.

I called this phone number, a woman answered & put me on hold for an hour. All I wanted to do was talk to a rep about an account fee. My husband called, got a hold of Sarah, who then told me to make an appointment, or she could send me to an automated member service again. What a joke! I bet a lot of people just eat the fee, because it is so hard to get through to a real person. & apparently they can't do anything over the phone. I eventually made an aptm for 1pm, and when I asked what the representative's name is that I am meeting with, she told me "which ever rep is available at that time". Just laughable. I made an appointment with NOBODY! Great, thanks! I would def bank somewhere else, if I hadn't bought a whole bunch of checks for this acct, ughhhh!

Take your business elsewhere having a account with this place is like having a prepaid Visa card when I say they are no help what so ever believe me they are no help anyways who puts a 15 day hold on a check that has already been cleared you guys it sucks that you can’t be in control of your own money Bank of America is the worst charging fees for non existing payments closing my account headed to the credit union
