Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

This Bank of America is Great. The staff is great at keeping a positive and friendly demeanor given the limited staff. They also set a realistic expectation on my wait time. I have seen other customers go in upset with the situation they are going through and take it out on the staff, still the staff is polite and helpful. My hats off to Heidi, Bisan, John, and Rosie for the work they put in for a pleasant experience.

This bank is TERRIBLE…there is always a line of folks waiting to be helped inside. I’m talking 10-15+ people in line extending outside. There’s only one teller at all times. The drive thru isn’t functional. There are 2 ATMs and if you pull up to the front and realize it isn’t working….we’ll you’ve lost your spot and, now, have to circle back around. Mind you, there’s always an extended line in the drive thru and you can’t go around anyone due to the poorly designed layout. You’re literally stuck. Banks that are poorly staffed with nonfunctional equipment, such as the ATMs, makes me want to drop BOA as my bank and head over to Wells Fargo. I should have NEVER left.

Despite the pandemic. The employees (Rosario and Gina) and all have been reporting to work! They have excellent customer service. Sometimes there is a line sometimes not. My guess is they can’t have all teller working because of COVID-19 so be mindful. People risking their life’s for us to stay open also It’s a bank and people take breaks so be patient and kind, it won’t hurt. This BofA branch is my local branch and I always use it for all my financial services. I also recommend it to others. I’ve been with BofA since I was 18 years old I am 38!

No one will get on the phone and talk to you.I held on for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone.I cant afford to drive all the way down to Augusta to talk .What's up with this bank? It's bad when you trust a bank with your money but cant trust in them to answer the phone.

Management needs to do a better job hiring or having more employees working. This is a very busy bank for its location and there is always just 2 people working the teller. Very poor for managment. There is always a line out the door and expect to wait at least 30-45 min. 🙄🙄😐

This is probably the worst Bank of America I have ever gone. I would even say the worst bank I have ever gone. The hours of operations are terrible, they close at 4pm which is the time literally everyone gets out of work. The customer service was terrible, unfriendly and uncooperative. They had me waiting for 30 minutes and then they get the bright idea of telling me I had to sign in after I sign in they tell me the wait period is 30 - 45 minutes. I’m giving it one star but honestly I want to give it zero stars. This place deserves to be close down. They are terrible.

Bank of America is a horrible bank. They closed my account for no reason and told me that I can get my cashier's check at my local bank and then when I arrived at my local bank they told me they mailed it out so now that all my money is on that cashier's check I can no longer open up a bank account until I get that cashier's check. So if you have Bank of America I would close my account and go somewhere else if you do not have Bank of America do not use Bank of America.

I have never been to a worse bank. I made an appointment for noon and didn’t see anyone until 12:55. They took many people who did not have an appointment before me while sitting with two kids that were completely over it. I initially came to get a temporary debit card and I ended up just closing my account with them bc this place is absolute chaos

Frustrating for employees & customers. Company simply does not care and it's so unfortunate and tense coming here. No employee makes eye contact because it's so tense here. They closed a more convenient branch nearby. You'd think they had more staffing due to that. ALWAYS BUSY ALWAYS LONG WAIT. If not for cc, I probably wouldn't bank here.. thinking of closing everything but I actually make money off this bank.
