Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Topeka St, Wichita

Here is my story of 2 tellers... I walk in and there are 2 tellers and one manager. One teller is training the other while the manager does manager things. There is one at the window and one person in line ahead of me. Within 2 minutes, the person in line ahead of me finishes up but 6 more people walk in and join the line. At this point, the one teller actually serving customers is elbows deep in a business account with the other teller standing there watching. Manager is nowhere to be seen. It took FOREVER to get a very simple transaction completed. Perhaps moving forward the manager can train while the tellers tell? I could not imagine being #8 in line watching the speed at which these folks were working. Just another reason I will be moving my accounts from the evil empire to a bank that cares.

Went to cash a check I was sent as a gift after my daughter passed away at 5 weeks. The manager was heartless. I was so flustered I did it anyways. After the fact, I realized I should have just gone to a check cashing store. My bank's not local because I'm from Florida. Oh well. Next time, I won't think of walking into a BOA. Disgusting manager and values in customer service...

The teller was very rude. There was only one behind the counter and she was impolite to the customer in front of me, as well as me. It took me 15 minutes to cash a paycheck. I was charged $8 to cash my check because I don't have an account with them! The check was drawn through that bank!! Will never return, absolutely never have an account here and will make sure to refer all friends and family elsewhere. Beware this place!

Very pleasant and professional manager and helped wire money for me. Mid Town Bank of America is very convenient downtown. Ive used this location there for over 48 years.

Been with them for many years and i dont recommend them. late fees are very high, they will not give a good fight for you to get money back from scammers. Point break media is clearly an organization of scammers and BOA did nothing to help me get my money back.

I don't know why but it feels like The culture Bank of America has is just to be rude! Also even if you ask them to fill the deposit slip they will refuse to!

I'm in this location at least once a week. Boa charges $8 per check cashing. I am very aware of the fees. but today, the teller informed her coworkers that I pay for their salary in check cashing fees. This isn't funny. I have no choice to pay the fee but I have a choice on which location I go to.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Regardless of the fact BOA has been fined multiple times for predatory practices, this particular bank is terrible. The manager is a horrible and rude woman to deal with. As we speak I have been in line for 15 minutes. Some of the people in front of me have already left. Every time I walk in here it is something else. Do yourself a favour and avoid this terrible location.

manager not very helpful, you are expected to know the ins and outs of the banks workings as if you are an employee because you cant expect them to tell you things during a simple deposit trans action, even trying to inquire about your own account is a chore.

This is a 0 star rating! This place discriminates against the Hispanic Community. Went there to deposit my checks and they told me they couldn't deposit my checks because they can verify nor are they able to do deposits there. Like what the hell be open just put an ATM machine and close your doors if your unable to do some practices. Very rude!
