Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Los Alamos Rd, Murrieta

Called B of A to inquire when our Murrieta branch would open...was told B of A didn't know why it's closed or when it would open 🤯 I think it's time to switch to Chase some how they have managed to keep all of the branches open in Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula, perhaps B of A executives should use some of their profits to keep branches open.😡

I am 73 years old and have been in many banks over the years. I have been an account holder with Bank of America for over 25 years. I visited the BOA in Murrieta California today and I was blown away with the quality of help and positive attitude I experienced. It was the Los Alamos location. I wish I had asked for the names but the women who helped me were SPECTACULAR!!! Thank you so much for making a new Californian feel so welcomed.

I feel bad for Chris Gonzalez today ( the only person that actually helping customers from 2 to 5). Been sitting for so long since I walked in, no greet no check up after 45 minutes until a different lady come in so they now finally take a look and talk to me in few words. The wait was long regarding to only 1 person working. The reason I come to Bank Of America is the same reason i wanted to close the account with them. The customer service is completely poor and lacking in effort of seeking to helping customers. How come the other 4 bankers just sitting there and talking while there is only of their co worker busting his ass off. I really don’t care what’s they up to but since customers are still there they should put those customers on top and after that they can continue on the work. The reason Im leaving with 5 stars is how Chris treated me since I ever open the account until I close it. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Chris, have a nice day brother

Never has more than 1 bank teller at a time. Unbelievably slow. I'll use other locations and may even switch full time to my credit union.

Check the website to make sure you dont drive over for nothing? So did i........ Someone made the effort to put a sign on the door. Maybe make changes on the website too? You know, so we dont drive all i er looking for a B of A thats actually open.

Everyday you changed the hours get it together snd let get life back to normal!! 😡

Let me tell you I've been a customer for Bank of America for many years and I've been taking this for so long this place has gone all the way to the ground I'm already switching two of my accounts I have five left that I'm going to switch it no reason for me to stand in the line for 25to 45 minute every single day and the manager keeps saying we hiring people last time she apology she was in January and she said that she will hire two more people in this week 6 month later not even one person. And the funny thing is many people go sick because they have some surgery and they didn't even cover them I'm not sure what's going on but I'm sure you have plenty of customers that you don't want them to get upset but it looks like Bank of America NOW LOVE TO HAVE THERE CUSTOMERS VERY MAD AND UPSET

This is one of the worst branch to go to, waiting in line will take forever as the place is always short of tellers. This weekend I went here and the outside is unkept, trash bin full of trash. Bank of America got fat from the government bailout, charging customers more and more for everything, stop being a money hog and think about the people who support your business for once.

I guess they do not have a simple queueing mechanism. People are not serviced in the order they came in.
