    Came in this location yesterday for a simple notary and was told the lady that notarizes will be in today. So I come in today and I am told that her license expired a few weeks ago. One lady told me someone was coming in from another branch to help out that can notarize. I was given the option to wait 30 minutes or come back. I said I’ll come back. As I was leaving the initial woman that I spoke to today said under her breath walking away “notary” while shaking her head as if to tell me to get lost. They both were literally rushing me out of the bank as other people were coming in to get rid of me. She doesn’t think I heard her. sure I’m not coming into deposit $10,000 but customer service is appreciated for somebody that has an account here for over 30 years

    Requested four cashier's checks. Two customer service reps inquired why I wanted checks, which was none of their business. In addition, they misspelled the name on two of the checks. As a result, the recipient is unable to cash the checks. We have to go back to a Bank of America branch to have the checks reissued. I believe if they had been focused on their job rather than being nosey about my request for cashiers checks, perhaps they would not have made what I consider to be an egregious mistake. DO BETTER!

    I'm a customer of Bank of America for couple years now and have never received such horrible customer service for this Brand. Who ever is the Manager in this Brand need to reevaluate by the corporate office. Know I understand why the rate is 1.8 in customer service

    Mortgage related comment: 1- Too much documents were requested, which I totally understand, but the officer kept asking for the same documents over and over again. 2- in some cases, I had to submit documents via email and via BoFA’s online system. 3- The idea of BoFA’s ‘secure messaging system’ is not great at all! I don’t need different platforms, usernames and passwords! I have enough of those! What makes your platform more secure than Gmail!? I’m sure google is spending more money on their security systems compared to BoFA! Add to this, I had to send the same documents via email many times! What is the point of the secure messaging system? 4- BoFA didn’t respect our agreed upon closing date, we were supposed to close on Friday and BoFA decided to postpone it until Monday, and the worst part, I was informed about this Thursday after 3 PM, and I had to reschedule everything including moving dates. 5- I was not informed about the exact final amount that was due on the closing day which included the closing fees and the down payment until the morning of the closing day, almost 30 min before the actual closing (no kidding) 6- I started the process with BoFA on Nov 2019, BoFA had more than enough time (3 Months), yet, it didn’t meet the deadline we agreed on. 7- The rush BoFA put me in didn’t allow us to renegotiate rates as promised. 8- I wish I didn’t cancel on the other mortgage providers, but I had no other option but BOFA to go with. 9- I learned my lesson, but it is too late.

    This bank branch is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been in. Staff is inefficient and slow. They are irresponsible and were not get the job done for a simple wire transfer. No amount of schmoozing the customer can make up for being able to deliver the simple result I came in for.

    Absolutely terrible bank. Manager downright refused to assist me with cashing a check that was issued by their own bank! Will never come here again.

    Always enjoy coming to this bank. Ana and her team have always been very friendly, helpful and professional. This is not my closest BoA but I prefer coming here over other branches.

    I came to get my bank locker closed. I tried making an appt ahead of time online, but could not reach the lady who specifically works with lockers. While I waited, i noticed the lady speaking to the manager at her desk. When another employee came by to ask what I needed, i mentioned and he went to the manager to ask if I could meet the lady without an appointment. The manager got irritated and told the employee for me to come back 3 days later.. when the locker lady was clearly not too busy while speaking to her manager. I live an hour away and had to leave early from work to only receive this welcome! I was helped at the end.. but I feel something similar has happened to me every time Ive been at this branch. Not coming back again.
