Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, Andover

Samantha was real nice and helped me get a check. The whole process took 5 minutes and I didn’t have to wait long! Real great service with great workers

Worst banking experience, Have been harassed by the bank operations each time I needed to get a cashier's check done around this time of the year to make college tuition payments. Typically they operate only 1 teller till the queue becomes long that it reaches the reception table. Three employees casually stroll around in the back office (that includes a teller) while one sits at the reception table. Another one is seemingly sitting idle in a glass office. When the turn comes after a long wait, the teller needs the debit card/pin (1st verification), driver's license (2nd), last 4 digit of your phone no(3rd), OTP that got texted to your phone (4th) and then calls the manager so you can get your own money out as a cashier's check. Manager wants additional security questions answered including but not limited to full SSN (5th,..). Have to wean my tenant off this bank for making rental payments. This bank (specifically, this location) sucks. No doubt about it!!!

I needed to make an appointment but no one ever answers the phone at this location. We've been customers since 1979 what has happen to the customer service in the Andover branch?? It's not the same.

Staff are very nice. But, there is always a wait. They truly need more people at the teller booths. Not a recent occurrence. This has gone on for a few years. It’s to the point I don’t think I can’t continue banking here. Feel bad for the staff. They clearly need more help.

Good experience , I finally had a good experience at a bank . I honestly, been looking around since my old bank company gave me horrible experience. Most bank companies think you had a ll the time of the world to be waiting in line but thankfully I realized this bank has fast service and good customer appreciation.

I came in for a cashiers check for closing costs on a house I bought. The system had crashed earlier in the day but was functioning, then crashed again when I was in the midst of getting the check. The manager Yvette and teller Samantha worked tirelessly to make sure I could get the check, even making multiple phone calls to find a solution. They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate all their work in a world that is dealing with chaos.

Every time I come, there's a line to the door and one teller. Even mid week. I was told that I have to make an appointment just to do an address change.

My wife and I had an appointment with Cornelio this morning and he just blew our minds with his customer service. He was very professional, polite and super helpful. The whole team was really friendly and I can highly recommend this location!

Most of the staff are nice and highly professional. When it comes to getting help with fees, they are helpless esp.the manager. He is always determined to prove a customer is wrong and never the the bank fault. I highly recommend calling customer service. It's worth the wait.

Worsest Bank EVER. There is always one tailor working in the desk while two employers are walking around casually while there is a HUMUNGOUS line of people trying to get to the desk but ending up leaving stressed.
