Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Main St, Hendersonville

Bank of America is the worst!!! I truly believe they are getting ready to close down. They will not answer the phone at this one or other locations. You can only make appointments through the website which we have done and had to make 6 trips because each time they needed another document. Are they trying to take our money? Even the main office downtown is closed! Avoid frustration, bank elsewhere. I left Bank of America years ago but my mom stayed with them. I'm trying to get her to switch, maybe this time she will see the light.

I absolutely hate Bank of America. If I could, I'd get an account ANYWHERE else but unfortunately, this is where my work banks so I use them too. I have banked here for 5ish years this round with the same paycheck every week for the past 5 years and I still have problems cashing it. Now, I just got off the phone with them and found out they won't open till 10 due to the weather. That's fine but when I mentioned a sign for all of us outside (8 cars currently) to let us and any other customers know what is going on, she got snippy. That was almost 15 min ago and there is still no sign on the door...... I wish I wasn't trapped here.....

Arrived at 9:02 am. There were several customers in line. I waited 10 minutes while only 1 teller waited on customers (there were 2 tellers the other was just staring at computer screen). I counted 5 total employees in branch. No one made eye contact or acknowledged the fact that we were waiting so long. I finally left after the teller who wasn’t waiting on customers got snotty with me because I said something about the wait. I went to the branch further north and breezed in & put in about a minute, was also greeted by a nice fella when I walked in.

Truth: The ladies (Tellers)behind the counter are very helpful(there are no male tellers at this location)! They are just Very Short Staffed! Bank of America schedules their lunch times at the same that you would go. Do Not expect but one person to be working during lunch. There will be a line. The people on the other side of the room (financial department) WILL NOT COME HELP THE TELLERS!!! CROSS TRAINING WOULD BE APPRECIATED BY THE CISTOMERS. FINANCE COULD HELP - they see the need but they do not help. Anderson Lane Bank of America in Hendersonville is better staffed during the lunch period.

It’s 4:06 in the afternoon and there are literally a dozen cars parked outside or waiting in line for the ATM’s. When you are open I have to wait 15-20 minutes every time I visit, and the drive through customers are always out first. You SHOULD be fully staffed and keep longer hours like many other branches across the country. Your supposed to take care of your clients.

My wife and I had our account hacked recently. I called Bof A security and they froze the account. We went to this branch to open a new account and were set up quickly. Within 24 hours we had our missing funds returned to our new account and received new debit cards in the mail in a timely matter. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I bank with 5/3 and will stay based on BOA not answering their phones at the local branches. I have tried to call someone local that I can ask questions about their checking/savings and credit cards. I can’t trust someone I can’t talk to if I need help with an account. 4 phone calls to both Hendersonville branches and 0 contact. I’m done.

They closed 30 min before the closing time which is 5pm, and on maps it says they are open lol I drove here for nothing

Unfortunately I was scammed by a so called job opportunity and the bank took it upon themselves to close my account and would not take me back as a client. They said i was a risk factor and there was nothing they could. I explained that it wasnt my fault and yet they did not want to work with me. Waiting for my money to come in the mail in form of a check. Dont know why I ever opened an account with this bank.

I come to this bank almost everyday for my job. I spend at least 20 minutes here everytime. There is usually only one person working at the counter doing both inside and drive thru. If there are 2 people at the counter then there is one person at the drive thru just handing the other tellers the money and letting them deal with it. It is ridiculous to spend this much time in the bank. I am currently standing in line with 5 people in front of me and 5 cars in the drive thru. 2 people at the counter and a lady at the drive thru handing one of the other girls the drive thru money and just standing there waiting. It is always like this and if you guys do that much business then hire or schedule more poeple. Especially on a Friday! There should be no reason it takes this long. I dread coming here but I have to come to this location because it is the closest to my job. Please get it together!
