Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Taunton Ave, East Providence

Never had an issue at a bank. People are generally pleasant and nice. Had to speak to someone about mortgage questions. Lady was either a grump or having a bad day. Think she was a manager. Believe her name was maria. She was so rude, it's no wonder this is a 3 star bank. That lady should be looking for work, for a long time!

For a while now, I have been Suspicious that this bank ( Bank Of America ) has been Stealing my money!!! For at least Months now I keep getting news that my Bank Account has been getting Very Low!!! There is No reason for this to be happening. For I am Always So Careful with my checking and spending. If this keeps up Any more, you bank workers will be in Trouble!! And forget about retaliation. I Used to Trust you bank workers, and completely, too. But Not so much anymore!! This post is addressed to you bank workers. Again, there is No way that my bank account could have gotten so low! I am always careful with that.

The manager is especially superb. She's genuine, interested and helpful. I live closer to another branch but much prefer this one because of the service.

Nice bank. Newly installed modern ATM. Usual BOA high fees.

Due to covid and cancellations with theDMV they wouldnt even cash a 15.00 check drawn off them from the state but had an employee cash one just last week and they wouldnt do it today. So glad I never opened an account with them the teller and manager looked dumb founded when I said there employee washable to override it last week so glad that arent lenient due to covid. I opened up a free checking mind you they dont offer that at citizens totally recommend citizens and advise people not to open up at bank of America rude and unkind.

I used to use this bank, but no longer. Rather than help me out, they've sent me back to call customer service via telephone, who politely informs me that the physical bank is the only entity with the security clearance to solve my problem. I've had to explain this twice for two different issues. Very dismayed at their flippant lack of customer service for such a low-foot-traffic organization. I still use Bank of America, but I go to a different branch.

every time i wanna do something transaction get a temporary checks they never do why the bank of america is becoming like this is not helpful

This bank of America is by far the worst branch ever they always say they can't cash a check I go to different Bank they cash it no problem seekonk is the one to go to

First call !!! Exceptional, I've never been so well attending a bank, the manager Maria Amado is fabulous !!! Highly recommend to all !!!!
