Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) San Miguel Dr, Newport Beach

Horrible service - they have owed me $20k for over a year and nobody will help me. Shame on them for being so helpless with my money. They keep transferring me around and never anybody helpful that answers the phone anyways.

They are really helpful here. I got off work late and showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they still assisted me in setting up a new account. Hilla helped me and she was super nice. I loved how she explained all the accounts to me in detail and helped me choose the one that was best for me. She helped me set it up quickly too. I'm very impressed.

This is my first time banking with Bank of America I had a great experience today Mr yavari helped me open my new account very fast easy I highly suggest that if you want exceptional service come to this Branch to open your accounts

I absolutely hate BofA's online banking. It's gotten progressively worse in the last 4-6 months. So-called "Preferred Customers" are on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to Customer representative. And, even then there's a 50/50 chance they can help.

Very pushy and ask for a perfect 10 survey results while they won’t go Teh extra mile when you need them.

Well this was a big surprise...We are all used to big bank service being really impersonal and indifferent. Not the case at all with this BofA branch. Really friendly and helpful people and managers that go above and beyond. Cannot praise enough Alex and Shani and their branch manager, who spent almost 3 hours with me (past closing time) to open my accounts, filling all the paperwork and explaining clearly all products and services offered. You could tell that they really work efficiently as a team and enjoy what they are doing. I would highly recommend this BofA branch and this team for your banking needs.

I visited this branch in July 2019 and there were only 2 employees since most staff were on vacation. Joy was at the counter and despite the fact that she was pretty much the only one running the show, she took care of us fast and didn't have us wait unnecessarily. She stayed composed and friendly even though there was reason enough to get agitated.

I am making this effort because of an employee that has exceeded my exceptions again and again. Matthew has helped me with my account many times now and he always seems to find a solution. I know now always to go here to find him not just for the solution, but for the experience itself. He makes you feel as if he is doing everything in his power to help you, he is understanding, and pleasant to work with. If he were to move to another bank I would switch as well. I am not one for writing reviews but, there needs to be more Matthews in this world.

Worst customer service ever ! This manager has 0 customer service skills 0 patience 0 communications manners . Last time I do my busines at this branch !!!

$8 to cash a check is ridiculous but I guess that’s to be expected from one of the banks that caused the financial crisis in 2007 thanks a lot
