Slow service. You're just another number. Went on a Tuesday. They didn't have many customers. One of the bank reps was clearly free walking around but I was made to wait by the front greeter and a 2nd greeter by the podium. The bank tellers were free w/ only one customer. Roberto Vargas clearly wasn't doing anything but still made me wait 5 mins before he finally went back to ask me to come into his office. He tried to sell me on other products. (This is why Bofa wanted me to come in when what I needed to do could easily be done on the phone at other banks.) He sold me on a credit card which I agreed to but he wasn't sure on the specifics such as which credit union it pulls from, etc etc. He wasn't too enthusiastic either not that banking is exciting. I left and found out that my credit unions were locked and they had already done a pull on my acct. I called the bank numerous times to relay to them to redo the credit pull. I even called the teller's direct line but they weren't answering. I finally got someone but she said Roberto was already out to lunch - at 11:15am? The place isn't busy - I don't see why I have to continually call just to get a live person.

One of the worst bank stuff around here ,I went for wire transfer it from my business account and they not able to do it she said I have you to take appointment ,I’m doing business with them almost 20 years and they talk like that don’t know what’s going on with Bank of America

If you have high expectations coming here...… well....don't. The woman who greets everytime is really nice, she's definitely been there for years, but the lines are so obnoxiously long, I've never seen slower service at a bank before. I definitely won't be coming back here, closing out my acct after the holidays, it's just too inconvenient to have to spend 30+ minutes at the bank for simple transactions. They must know how slow their service is here because the greeter always tries to point people towards the ATM , which is annoying because if I wanted to use an ATM, I would have just done that, if that's what I came for.

This is not my primary bank and every time I come here I regret not going to my primary bank because they are so slow. Why on a Friday you have ONE person working behind the window?! ONE?! I walk in and the line is long and not moving! Never again.

Generally speaking all the employees are great, but if you like to wait in line at DMV and post office combined come here and spend an hour on line with a line out the door and 1 teller working. Since BOA closed all local branches if you need to take out cash over your atm limit welcome to the worst managed branch in the the solar system. Shame on upper BOA managemnt CEO. Once again I feel bad for employees at this location great people set up to fail.

The worst manager of the bank in this location, two times she reject my check to be cashed in that location, that old lady told me the check has a problem, but I took the same check to the other location they processed with respect, she is not nice and professional. 2nd time: I just applied for.my Real ID and DMV give me the proof to show it where it's needed I show her my old ID and that proof she said I can't accept it, she is above the LAW. BOA need to put Profesional management here and remove that turreble service.

As a 15 year veteran as a Harley Davidson finance manager. I'm very well aware that taking a financial situation and making into an enjoyable yet progressive experiance for customers. Takes a lot of personal integrity, ethics, belief in your company's ability and personal attention while listening to a customers needs while being able to guide them to a better place of your institutions services. Most customers feel like they're walking into a principles office. It's very black and white, no color or enjoyment, they just want their transaction done. And why not, we're not vacationing in Tahiti, drinking the local rum out of a coconut with a pinky out. Rohini and Rob spent more than their fair of time for my low dollar financial need. And when the computers had a consistent error message and they could've taken the easy way out and told me to come back later. They did what they had to do to make it happen because they knew that $459 dollars was necessary for me in that moment, and might as well have been a million. Therefore because they treated me with genuine interest and quite frankly made it a fun and awesome experience. My plans to open my new business account and financial planning needs at Santander, will now be moved to BOA with Rohini and Rob. So if you're looking for a good time and want people to trust in your personal finance interest of growth minus the coconut. I strongly recommend this #1 crew.

Terrible customer service at this location. I am constantly doing deposits for the company I work for. To start I would suggest getting rid of all the staff here. No-one is friendly, they make you feel as if your burdening them for just making them do what their job title entails. Tellers keep suggesting to staple the deposit slip outside of the deposit bag so they can check the money at a later time, or to do night drops, or re direct to the ATM. Anything to avoid doing a deposit at the actual moment in time. Our company is strict and we follow guidelines to the T and for the tellers to have their policies switch because it's an inconvenience it's really sad. It took 25 minutes for me to do one deposit when I was first in line. Always seem to be under staffed. I did bring it up to the branch manager when I was there. She apologized for the wait and her answer to my concern was she would get on it to re train her staff. (In which I feel was just said to shut me up) Like I told the manager a simple smile can go along way.

Absolute rude behavior and very bad staff at this branch especially “ROHINI” so called Teller or some X position. She had literally pulled me out of the queue and started asking weird questions. For a cashier check, if there is a process then let it happen every time. A process definition on this branch varies person 2 person. Worst behavior by ROHINI, behave yourself and be kind to customers! Treat your customers with some respect and don forget “Customer Is God”. Show your attitude at your personal premises.
