Erick was extremely friendly and helpful! He gave everyone the same great service, while also keeping the line going. There ARE long lines, BUT it was a short wait. The professionalism and willingness to help everyone with a smile made up for any time in line. Thank you

I have had no issues with this bank of america..all tellers have been nice and helpful

Ive been to this bank 3 times and every time the tellers have been courteous. Each time was a different teller. They were all kind, helpful and professional. There was a wait, and they have had 2 tellers, but im assuming they are taking precautions due to COVID and protecting their employees as well as their customers.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. The staff at this branch are professional and courteous beyond measure. A Santa Monica branch put me thru hell not allowing access to funds when I was stranded but the Palmdale branch especially Daniel were exceptional. It's been a wonderful experience banking there. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hate this bank, every time I come to this location it’s a pretty long wait, all I needed to do was to get a new debit card so I sat at the lobby for 1 hour an 15 minutes just waiting for an attendant ( oh they charged $5 for this service ) and withdraw some money .... 2 hours later I was able to complete my transaction I’m not kidding and I’m not exaggerating, seriously avoid coming to this location if possible. They need to hire more people there’s a lack of employees here!

Worst bank I've been to. 4 out of the 6 atms where not accepting cash deposits and another one was completely out of service. Than you walk inside and the tellers want you to do your deposit outside on the atm's. Unbelievable.

The only reason I’m giving this a 3 star is because of the employees, right now the bank is closed, ok I understand but put up a sign or modify the hours of operation on the web l. This is ridiculous

Thanks Bank Of America (ha!) its April 2nd, Friday of Easter weekend. Some of us have to enter the bank to deposit our rent. Its late by the 5th, which is Monday. Factor in work, kids, traffic. and how am i supposed to get there in time to pay rent? Edit: Need to clarify my complaint. They closed early when posted hours on the establishment door and also on all internet searches said 6pm. They have just recently corrected this info.

Very dissapointed and mismanaged. I came in today to open up a bank account around 11am. I asked if i needed an appointment and was told NO that i could be seen between 12:00 and 12:30 that they check me in to be back by 12. I came back at 12. Waited till 1 and was told my banker would be right with me after he finished with his client. I finally was told to wait in one of the offices and that someone would be with me shortly only have another banker come in and tell me that there was a misunderstanding did noone tell me that i NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN TODAY. So urked i couldve been at another branch and have opened up my account in all that time. Chase saw me in under 15min. Dont waste your time here.

What a Poorly Managed and Disrespectful Bank. I would never step Foot in that Bank. Today I was Disrespected and Discriminated against. I have been with the Bank for nearly 10 Years and went in to cash a check from my customer and they wouldn't cash it. I have a Business account there and my money should always back up any check I bring in." I don't normally cash checks and this isn't my Home branch." The Manager " Lupe Arciga" is a very Disrespectful Manager and shouldn't be in her position. I am actually seriously considering closing my account for this Disrespect. I asked them if they could call my customer who had written the check and they said they don't do that. I then asked her if I could have him call the Bank and verify the check and she said that would work. I then called my customer and told him the story and he agreed to do that. He called 6 times with no answer and finally got thru. She then verified his info and the told my customer negative things about me saying they don't want me in there bank doing business. Say What! Serious? Never had such a bad experience in my Bank.
