Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Belt Line Rd, Desoto

This banking center has been closed since COVID, I really miss it. The people was really friendly and knowledgeable. The location is walkable for me. I have visited the other location in Desoto, TX., and when I walked in there was the welcoming face of a person from other branch. She wasn't sure when or if the branch will reopen. I let her know they were missed. I was assisted, everyone was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Lines were long which I expected, but the employees were working hard.

Ordered foreign currency and had it shipped to this location. What a mistake that was! When I was told that it was ready for me to pick up, I headed up there. When I got there, walked in and went to the greeting desk. No body was there or at least it looked like no one was there. Waited 10 minutes and then went over to the teller line. They had only one teller for a Friday afternoon. Got thru the line and was told the gentleman on the couch would be the only one who could help me. Apparently the manager who wasn't wearing a name tag and sitting on the couch not three feet from me, while I was standing at the greeting desk. He was too busy talking with a lady on the couch next to him. When I asked about my package, I was told that I would have to come back another day. He sent the only person who could access the vault home for the day. This was 2pm! On a Friday at the beginning of the month... Not cool at all... When I called Bank of America about this, they could not get ahold of the manager either.

Absolute worst banking center I've ever visited in my life. I came in to cash a check that I received from a customer and was told to have a seat and someone would get to me in 45 minutes to an hour. Do not use this bank, These people do not care about you or your customers.

Came to them about every other day for about 3 weeks to get a temporary card. App doesn't help, calling takes too long, and this bank is always under staffed so they can never take me, even when there's nobody else waiting.

Worst bank I've ever delt with if you can GET OUT NOW!!!!!!!!! Financial center cant even set up payments. What good is a bank if they cant do simple banking needs!!!!!!!

I love this location, GREAT customer service. I live closer to the banking center on Pleasant Run, but I rather drive the extra miles to go to this location. I love the staff very friendly. I feel good talking to the Personal banker about my financial needs (Veronica). Veronica always takes good care of me and my family members. Friendly environment, Shakela always greeting with a smile.

Ramone is the shizznit!!!!!! Helped my get my LLC off the grown and he took the time to go online and get me my ein. Bruh just saved me 2k a month in taxes. I'm highly recommend this branch 4 all bussiness concerns.

If my company didn't do business here, I'd never set foot in another Bank of America. They can't afford to run a business that services customers well. It's the last day of the month and they have one teller working, no separate commercial line. Working people don't have hours to spend in line trying to give them money.

Shaquila was wonderful! I came in fustrated bc i wasnt able to get card at other BOA.... She had a customer upset customer in front us. She stayed calm and reassured me she would get to us. Her calm and pleasant attitude made it all better. Thank you shaquila!

Very bad place to do deposits and your routine work at. No tailors at all as usual. as always one tailor working there, even though it had six window slots at that bank.
