Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Washington St, Dover

Best experience I’ve had at a bank. Dotti helped us out, and she was extremely nice and helpful. Will be returning for any of our banking needs!

The bank still has an open lobby, with Covid-19 restrictions, and is 100% functional. Other local banks are not. Bravo BofA for striking a balance of safety and functionality.

This branch is never open, odd hours, staff will not allow restroom use. Waste of a drive to get to this bank for me.

Beware. The tellers do not always look at the checks before cashing them which is not comforting. They had no problem cashing my third party check one week, then when I came back the next week they told me they can't do that. So either their tellers are breaking their own rules or they are changing their rules on a whim. Either way very unprofessional and will be switching banks. Very disappointed. Bank of america had been my bank for 8 years and has been nothing but disappointments and hidden fees. Do not bank here and do not bother with this location if you do. Wish I could give zero stars.

Wow... A bank that doesn't have enough money to cash a 5500 dollar check. But they would charge $20.00 to cut a check because we are not BOA account holders. They can not cash our check so they should offer for FREE to cut a check, they didn't. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DOVER NEW HAMPSHIRE. If you have any accounts with BOA I recommend you take all of your money out because it's obvious if they can not cash a measly 5500 dollar check they are in trouble.

My Mother is 85 years old and she have a hard time use the ATM machine because of her eyes and when she goes inside the Dover NH branch ask for help they refused to help her and they trade her very very bad and all what she need is help at the ATM to withdraw her money Very disappointed from a big bank like Bank of America

I electronically deposited a PAYROLL check that should have cleared the next day but for some reason a 7 business day hold was place on it for NO apparent reason. I was told yesterday that if I brought a letter from the bank the check is drawn from to a branch office the hold would be lifted. After finally finding a branch that is open I was told they could not do anything in a very cold condensending tone by Ian. This hold is absolutely ridiculous!! People live paycheck to paycheck and now because of this my fiance is stranded with no place to go in Florida.

Went to this branch to update my accounts to my married name. Stood in line for a half hour as there was only one teller working. Once I got up to the teller I was told due to the length of the line they could not help me change my name right now and I would need to book an appointment for another time.

The fees and horrible customer service caused me to cancel all of my accounts. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE, Dotti refused to cash a BOA check, but refused to give an answer why? Not, we do not have the cash...nothing. but instead chose to make me look like I was doing something wrong. This is why we have credit unions. BANK LOCAL.
