Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) A St, Hayward

I came in here twice this week; my experience was very good on both days thanks to a brilliant teller who knows how to give excellent customer service. I am a very-low-income client but was treated as if I am a millionaire. There was a long line of customers waiting ahead of me, moving rather slowly due to a shortage of tellers, but on the bright side, that shows there are a lot of folks who trust this bank. Judging from what I saw, the BofA teller who dealt with me must see at least 100 customers a day, but when I returned on Friday after being in the bank on Thursday, she remembered me (greeted me with "You are back!") and also recalled the details of my previous transaction. I regret that I did not get her name but she is a beautiful woman with a braided hairstyle and a very elegant accent; might be from the African continent or the West Indies. Treat this employee very well, BofA; she is worth more than her weight in gold!

Sometimes one of the two is not working and you don't know until you drive right up to it and then you have to go back out on the street and back around the building to get in line for the other machine. It would be helpful if they had a sigh above that said; out of order, no cash withdrawals, deposit unavailable......

I only use the atm is secure an always available 👍🏻 They should make the sign on the drive thru bigger a lot people make a illegal turn to the left o just don’t care 🤷🏼‍♂️. Hayward 👮‍♀️ can make a lot of money in traffic violations there check it out plus making the street safe ✌🏻

The location is hard to see. Parking lot is awkward and very small. Very small inside the bank. Lines always long and way too slow. I usually go to another location now.

My friend came here to get money from the ATM and it withdrew the dollar amount but didn’t give any money. $800 gone. Now it’s going to take 10 days to get provisional credit and 45 days to do the full investigation. It was for rent. Terrible policy. Everyone we called gave different information on how to resolve it, and when it would get resolved.

This branch have been closed over a year and I tried to schedule an appointment to get to my safe deposit and I have so much trouble.

They were really helpful in helping me locate a money order that my rental company never cashed and I was able to get a refund on it. Was a tough situation and they got me all taken care of!!

Spent a ton of money on thier new building. No money spent on more tellers. Nice waiting in line for eternity in a new building. It's like hell got a new waiting room.

Why am I never able to make a cash deposit!!!? The service is always unavailable! Uuugh.
