Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Worst bank location ever and worst service as well! If I could give negative stars I would give it a negative five l. I don’t know how this bank is still open. It’s always packed because there is always one teller open whenever I go and the rest of the workers are just standing around doing nothing or chatting with each other. If you unfortunately do go to this bank be prepared to waste half your day in line. No matter how how early you wake up or late you go, there will always be a huge line because of the slow service. This is the last place I would ever want to be!

Customer service sucks, 20 people waiting in line and only 1 teller helping while 4 others just standing around doing nothing but talking about how their day is going. This place should be shut down, other BofA have way better service. Never coming here again.

Always busy like hell most of the time they have one or two cashiers and there are 30 and more peoples are waiting . Hire some cashiers.

I came here yesterday to cash out my check and the employee that was taking my order said that my check wasn't valid. I knew she wasn't doing anything right because she wasn't sure of what she was doing. So I was told to move on the side and I did. Next thing you know she takes a while to give me my check back. When I finally got my check back I went to another place to cash out my check and guess what?! IT WENT THROUGH!!!! I was able to get my money. My job also on the side were able to verify that it was a real check. Wow I was very disappointed with this service. NEVER COMING BACK.

This branch made me wait in the lobby for a long time to ask a simple question. The line to the tellers kept growing while waiting for assistance. When finally I got help there were 17 people in line. Explained to Yury the branch manager that I came ahead of people in line and she didn't care made me go at the end of the line. This and other BofA branches have 1 stars I will NEVER EVER bank here at this GARBAGE BANK. NEVER EVER!!!

I am DISABLED and do you think they care! They don’t!!! They ignore you when you sit at the disabled chair. This has happened several times to me. I am going to find a better bank that treats me with respect and follows the disability act. GOOD BYE to you’re unprofessional business.

The line is always out the door and around the building. Anytime I try to come, early morning, mid afternoon, or near closing time, they always have 1-3 tellers for a consistent line of 25+ people. This is insane. You should be able to afford more tellers and less managers walking around asking people questions. Get more tellers to work to reduce waiting time. I always have to wait close to an hour just to deposit cash and checks for my business, things I can’t easily do at an atm or on mobile. Horrible bank in general. Considering moving to a credit union.

Worst experience ever! I would never go to this branch even if I have to drive 20 miles. Extremely lazy and zero customer service driven. There are 5 personal bankers chatting in the corner while 1 teller is helping customers. There is more than 10 people waiting in line for 1 teller. Whoever is managing this place needs to better serve the customers instead of chatting it up and laughing in the corner. No professionalism!!! The time now is Tuesday 7/16 at 12:30 to 12:50 - If corporate ever sees this, please check the cameras on what your employees are doing. I've visited many Bank of America locations and this branch is definitely the worst!

Worst branch ever. I just hate coming here but I have to when my boss sends me to deposit money into our business account. No damn merchant teller. Then only 2 tellers for more than 20 people in line including business customers. Don't know what they are thinking. They might as well close this branch because it only pisses people off and they just get negative reviews. This branch only gives BofA a bad image. I would go somewhere else but this location is literally a block from our business. Just simply horrible. If I can give a negative star I would give this branch a negative star. One star is way too generous for this review.

Worse branch I've ever gone to, makes me glad I don't have BOA anymore.. first of they only have 2 teller for 25 people, and this one guy with glasses has the worse attitude. Whispers under his breath to me that there is a policy change coming starting next month, I check online and call customer service to confirm and they never heard of "policy change regarding direct deposit". It's like come on man I don't want to bank here as much as I'm sure you don't want me as a Customer, but don't insult me by lying to me and thinking I'm dumb. If your going to use BOA I suggest going to the one on Bristol and near Sunflower I live across the street from the one on harbor but would rather go to the one one Bristol at least there the service is reasonable and the tellers always happy.
